Bridget was a little amazed as she had seen only one other person be able to send her pappa off without a word and that was her mother. "My legs are tired from riding, so sitting will be nice." She said. For a child of 5, she was very grown up and knew how to speak to adults with respect.
Once they were sitting, she turned to the lady next to her, "I am sorry for how I behaved, earlier, about the baby. Pappa explained that things would not change between us, just because he was going to have another." She smiled, shyly hoping that Khada would be kind.

Khadashee took Bridget¡¯s hand and squeezed it. ¡°I understand. And there is no need to be sorry. I promise you just like your father. Nothing will change. Except that you will be a big sister and hopeful my new friend and I ?would love it if you would help me with the baby¡I mean if that¡¯s what you want .¡±
