As for anything else in there..." she cocked her head to the side, causing her abundant curls to bounce playfully "...I'm picking up some shimmering lavender at the moment.? Which is promising.? But we can explore that later, if you like.? I'm getting the feeling that you _do_ like, though.? What you're seeing at least."

"The water test was just me improvising," Del went on, wincing a bit.? "It was clumsy, I admit.? My instincts tell me you've probably got some kind of water or fluid related power.? I was just hoping you'd react without thinking and push or redirect the splash away from you. It's what some newbie just exploring their power would do.? But you're no newbie, it seems." The young woman nodded at Mia, looking impressed.? "You've got control, and you think before you act."? She hesitated, then added "I... work for someone who'd be interested in meeting you.? Very interested.? But there's no rush."? Reaching across the bar, Del ran a finger gently across Mia's wrist.? "Pleasure before business is more my style."

Mia enjoyed the touch and didn't pull away, but she was suddenly distracted by her watch buzzing on her other wrist. She sighed, smiled, "just a moment," then looked at her watch. She scrolled through the text, which would send a read notice to Macamber that she had read it. She decided she wasn't going to respond as for now she was enjoying where she was and? the fact that Del mentioned someone would be interested in meeting her, intrigued her.? She pushed the delete button and turned her attention back to Del, "that can wait."

"So, are you always so forward with someone you just met? It is refreshing and I am always one for pleasure, but, we did just meet." She said as she gave Del a wink.

"It's simply that I prefer being up-front about things," Del said, smiling at the wink.? "It saves time and avoids confusion.? If I like someone, I let them know.? What they do about it..." she shrugged sensually, favoring Mia with a wink of her own "...well, that's up to them.? I'm in no hurry.? And you'll always know where to find me," she added, nodding at the Night's Elegance surrounding them.

"But I suppose there's the matter of me possibly wanting to find you," the curly-haired girl went on, resting her chin on her hand and gazing at Mia with a hint of suggestion in her eyes and her voice.? "It'd be easier if you just gave me your number and took mine as well."? She drew a glossy-black Smartphone out of her pants pocket and slid it over the bar surface till it rested midway between them.? "Ain't technology great?" she grinned.
