Hello George , this loco is likely a New One . 3 things? to look at ? Mantua Goat tenders are held to their frames by screws that hold the shell to the frame . This one is clean ? The stack is tapered on the loco Mantuas are not . Last but not least Mantua mounted their maotors horizontal not vertical . Early made small locos mouted their motors vertical for simplicity and spce for clearances .Brass locos , LMB , GHC , early AHM ?? Hopes this helps some ?? ? Henry?
