Old Old HO camelback 0-4-0-can anyone identify this engine...the motor is vertically mounted?

 




Got this at a train show.? Looks like an old Mantua but the motor is vertically mounted with the worm protruding
from the bottom (see pictures).? Hoseeker shows Pittman type motors in the Mantua "goats"??????
