I’m guessing an import, probably Japanese from the 1960’s. Seller should have included something like “only dropped once” about the front end damage. Looks repairable though. Pretty stiff asking price considering age and condition.

Here's a really unusual looking Challenger type loco and tender. I don't recognize anything about it. I'm thinking it is a kit-bash/scratch build but I can't tell for sure.
