I am still not clear on the serial number when the CPU on the AF-CNTL board was changed. I've tried to search for it but no luck. And for that matter, what was wrong with the initial CPU. (I admit I have not made that search.)
I just picked up an FT-847 and FC-20 that appear brand new. Radio and tuner both did well in recent Field Day.
