What is the voltage at the serial port on the radio?? Measure
between pins 3 & 5.

I did all you proposed, and it did go well. Things reacted
the way you demonstrated. Still no luck with the other programs
like HamRadioDeluxe, FL-digi, FTBasicMMO, FTBCAT or WSJT-X. Just
like before, Rats847 will connect, but has no feedback from the
radio. Seems commands are understood by the radio and there is
no duplex communication. The display CAT icon is still on,
though.
