Bluetooth is disabled.? I get sound thru a speaker plugged into
the earphone jack.? Makes me wonder if there is just a wiring
issue with the speaker.? Otherwise, it seems to work in all other
modes.
I thought resetting the microprocessor would reset to original
settings.

in play with the radio? I assume not as you said you checked
headphone/earphone port for dirty connection.
Otherwise, I have seen on very rare occasions that a headphone
port doesnt?make proper contact when the device is returned back
to normal operation, or in this case the bluetooth adapter
removed or other earphone device removed from port.
