Be sure you are in Single Band operation for some features to work properly.
?As much as I love my VX-7r, I also get frustrated with how to access some of the sub menus and features. if you dont use them often, you WILL forget. I had to create a cheat sheet with the steps to get from here to there type things

However, I am unable to save this option by pressing PTT so I cannot get out of this menu option unless I set the special memory option to off. Has anyone experienced this issue.
