What is your battery voltage?? Do you have any other chargers or cables connected to the FT-60 when you are trying to transmit?
Pressing PTT and having the radio reboot (the three tone startup beep) usually means insufficient voltage, either because the battery is low, dead, or an external power supply with insufficient current is plugged in (like the wall wart charger).
Hoping for advice. I can program the radio for repeaters, and yes set the tone as needed. I hear everyone else just fine. But when I push PTT, I get the 3-tone startup sound and no one hears me. All they get is dead air.?

I refer to Page 64 a lot - where the factory reset instructions are. I reset and reprogrammed 2 repeaters again today, and still nothing.
