FT-101EE Board complement. Is it okay?
Hello folks,
I'm trying to find out if the boards on my FT-101EE are proper
enough to work happily together with the radio.
I believe I have some that are okay, but possibly others that might not
be

Re: First visual inspection on my newly acquired Yaesu FT-101E. How's it look?
I've taken tube radios to the car wash, but a bit leery of doing that with the PCB arrangement in this case. Which is the only reason I didn't suggest that myself.

Re: First visual inspection on my newly acquired Yaesu FT-101E. How's it look?
I took the meter, VFO and the power transformer out of the one I had to wash.? I used soapy water with pressure washer held a discrete distance from the workings.? The weather was hot then so

Re: First visual inspection on my newly acquired Yaesu FT-101E. How's it look?
I'd like to suggest buying a high (120-150 lbs) pressure 12 V fuel pump and modifying a cheap air brush to make a pressure washer, fill a basin with 91% IPA and wash it down over the basin to collect

First visual inspection on my newly acquired Yaesu FT-101E. How's it look?
Hi everyone!
I recently purchased a Yaesu FT-101E/Yaesu FL-2100/Yaesu YS 60 all for the grand total of $250.? The gentleman told me everything works well.
I removed the cover and took lots of pics

Wire on MOX-PTT-VOX switch?
Hello again group,
While servicing the Phones jack on my FT-101EE, I noticed a loose wire in the same
vicinity.
I don't know if this wire has been loose or if it broke loose when removing the phone

Re: HF autotuner
Do you also need a watt meter and or combo SWR/reflected meter?
Using just a line tuner is nearly impossible without an SWR bridge.

HF autotuner
Hi group,
Do any of you have suggestions for (or have for sale) a relatively inexpensive HF autotuner I can use with my FT-101EX?
Don't need any bells and whistles, just something that might work

Re: FT-101EE component question
Bruce, Thanks for the reply, but I don't think you got the gist of my question.
I wasn't asking if it should be there. I was asking about the huge disparity between
the values of what I actually see
