101zd low rx solution.
My 101zd was about 10db down on rx. I went down the troubleshooting road and cleaned all the relays I could find and checked the lamp fuse.
Wound up changing the first rf amp and it came back to

Keith,I would make sure the contacts on both relays are not corroded and making good connection. I assume you know how to do that?Does the 'VFO' red LED stay lit when you key?Mike

Also check the other relay in the audio section (not just the antenna relay)Make sure pins 1&2 on the accessory jack are shorted.That allows heater current to flow.Mike

My manual, in Section 6 "MODIFICATIONS", page 6-21 & 6-22
describes a fix for "Hum Problems", and calls for the addition
of a 1000uf/25v electrolytic on T12 to ground
