Here is the info I got from Yaesu:
Jack: There is no W10 dell driver that Yaesu uses. See below for correct drivers. ? SCU-17 DRIVER LOCATION ON YAESU WEBSITE ? You will need to install the Silicone Labs SCU-17 drivers.? You will find he FTDX10 drivers and instructions on the FTDX10 FILES page at?.?? Click on Link: ? ==================================================== I've already programmed the 14 channels I plan to use so I'm not going to waste more time on the RT software.

Some of the simpler free PDF readers don't work on password protected PDFs that need to connect and verify through a remote site, like a bank statement would need to do. Here's the one for Adobe.
