Indeed, as the 7001 FW is a backport of the 7100. But the YD7001 lacks the measurement hardware. in a couple of weeks I will publish a hardware patch to the 7001 PCB that enables Voltage

My DR5000 has been working with JMRI using the Ethernet connection for years. I only use the USB for configuration. I have not upgraded to Yamorc yet. I will look at the setup and follow with you.
