Thank you. So no use for the unit i have with me. I need to sell it on ebay i guess.?
Normally it says for 3 rail but this didn't have anything on it when i bought it that is where i got confuced. Very less demand for 3 rail systems now i guess.
If anyone can direct me where i can buy YD in UK please let me know. I need 2 units (36 sensors)

You could use a YD6016LN-CS which will provide you exactly what you want. It is similar to the DR4088LN-CS, but with enhanced functionality and none of the faults ?

So no use for me with this.
I can see what is happening. Maybe it is working as just a connector and nothing else.?
I have attached the photo.
If this is the case then i will remove this and join all wires together and run it manually.
Since DK is no more what can i use with DR5000? Maybe the YD cs?
Please let me know whether the modules can be used in any way.

Have you switched off the LED using the DIP switch? This draws enough current when it is idle to cause the feedback to trip and show occupancy. These modules are not meant to cause the feedback to show occupancy when they are idle, i.e. nothing on the track.

Pretty logical behaviour...

The LoDi takes samples from the track power, that causes a current to flow. Hence it triggers the DR4088LN which has very sensitive inputs.

How to solve:

1) Connect the DR4088LN completely with one half ( one C and 8 inputs ) on 1 of these inputs behind !! the LoDi output ( so between the LoDi and the TT-Bridge )

2) Reduce the DR4088LN sensitivity by shunting the input with a resistor of 270 - 4700 Ohms between input and "C".

Well... that is very unlikely.?

These feedback units are only suited for 3-rail M"arklin track. And not, never with a DR5000 !

Do you have a picture with how you exactly connected it to your tracks ?

Well.... it's common knowledge, that the Digikeijs produced V1.6.x versions are not the most stable ones... V1.5.5. is the last known stable.

4088LN permanently detects Lodi auto reverse module

Hi,

Following on from the problem on my turntable with a DR5033 (almost certainly faulty and not auto reversing)??I bought a Lodi reverse module.? The reverse? module was tested on the turntable on the layout without an occupancy detector wired in and works a treat!!? Excellent.

However, not so good with occupancy detection.

With all turntable connections to Lodi Track Out terminals removed so no occupancy signal is possible, and one feed from common bus wire connected to the Lodi Track In terminal, as soon as a 4088LN is connected to the other Track In terminal the detection circuit activates with the little red LED flickering.? I also used the dr5000 to confirm the detection circuit is triggered with the tick mark appearing in the appropriate address box as soon a power is applied.

The instructions? show the Lodi Track In terminals connected to the occupancy detector and the common bus, so am I doing something wrong or is it bad luck and the Lodi module is faulty??

Hi,

I have a DCC layout. Without properly checking I have bought a starter kit?Digikeijs DR4088 GND (photos attached). Is there a way to use this on my 2 rail DCC system connecting to iTrain. This is my exhibition layout and it will be controlled by a DR5000
I have connected all the wires and the current seems to go to all the tracks through these modules and i can control my DCC locos without any issues

Question?
Is there a reason one would want to downgrade? Does it fix a problem? Or is this video standalone as a how to do it if you want or need to?

YaMoRC is NOT (!!) Digikeijs....? Digikeijs was merely a licencee for production and wholesale of my designs ;)?
