The Z21 app for phones is still free and can be downloaded from the appropriate store, however you need to pay a one off connection fee if you are using it with a non-Roco command station.
Problem is the TCS UWT costs ?325 in the UK.? I guess that's worth paying if you have an exhibition layout but it's a bit steep for a home user.
The latest Z21 software for mobile phones is also no longer free (so I understand but happy to be corrected).?
