Thanks for the response, so following your advice I have done the following:
Completely removed the YD7001 app and older DR5000 app, restarted and reinstalled the Build 68. Yes there were two driver installs. It all went well.
I then tried to reconnect to the YD7001 and the logging window just shows that no YD7001 is present and goes into Demo mode.?
I have checked that USB is selected as the connection method.?
I am using the same USB cable I have been using for the monitoring I have been doing. It has worked for for several connections over the last few weeks.
I am on Windows 11 Home build 22h2.?
The logging messages are:
device detected, when I plug the USB in.?
No YD7001 detected
Demo mode started
The YD7001 only has the Green and Red lights lit, and no responses on the USB LED when the USB cable is plugged in.
I was quite excited to test the new slot management changes.
