No, this is an earlier version (V1.2) dated? 05-02-2012.? It has some information not in the most current version Dated 12-23-2018)
There is some of the programming steps not found in the current version.
Also the note about when you program the DR4018 you might have to reprogram the ID for the DR4018 again.
I have seen this problem and wondered if it was something I was doing, now know it might have to be done again.
