How heavy?? 1 or 2 axles make a difference.? I am liable for any turf damage.

I am leaning towards a spring event, which can be longer than 3 days for those traveling distance.? Picking a date is always an exercise in compromise.? There are so many parties competing for events on the new moon.? This is a discussion I am hoping to have at the September party, or have a voting board for everyone to sign.? If we can get enough people to at least cover costs, I will see what I can manage.

At this point, I¡¯ve contacted the park super, and we have a call scheduled tomorrow to discuss if the PA parks are even allowing camping in May.? They initially closed them for 2 weeks, but extended that to the end of April.?
