sometimes you need to just hold things in place with plastic clamps or maybe temp cable tie in place to stop moving.
also first job is to velcro it around the vertical finn tube

Ottoman Fuse sails
Still struggling on the fuse sails..
When we get one end or side lined up the other is off.

You have no choice but to un lace at front and join the velcro at rear and work forward, we used to always burn two holes at the rear and fit a cable tie to stop someone opening it as it is a real

play is in the nylon bushings only way to sort is new bushings, either ones from xair or get someone with a lathe to make you ones out of nylon

I have had mine opened up half a dozen times now and found the best way was to lace it up then go back to start and pull lace tighter and work back to end of lace then Velcro was no problem
