There seems to be some confusion about who is supplying what, and on one of the Facebook websites it is saying that this rogue supplier is actually the X-Air factory itself selling as a third party. I would like to get this question answered please.

Nobody else other than us make the genuine X-Air Parts.

We don't have control over other websites who say so.

Saying that the parts are made by X-Air is a scam done by the rogue suppliers.

These guys don't spend time for R&D but just copy and use some cheaper raw material to make them.? Hence we presume they have a lot of time to do such scams to promote their own material.? Such scammers are on the increase these days in all fields, and they are able to mislead customers through involvement in MultiMedia.

If the parts are coming from anybody except X-Air or published X-Air dealers then they are not genuine parts, they are counterfeit parts, and we share your same concerns about safety, compatibility and the materials they are using.

The Rogue suppliers are copy cats and have copied some of our old drawings or parts.? We are not sure what they supply and what material they use.? We have never tested them.
