Thanks Seamus, That is probably the route I am going to go. Tomorrow I plan on going to the field and try an AN 5 bolt on my strut, if that doesn't help I am going to replace it with an AN6.

Bolt pattern
I'm ordering a new prop for my XAir H Jabiru 2200. I'm not sure of the bolt pattern etc or where to find it. is it bolt pattern: 6 X 4.00¡± X 8mm bolts with 14mm dowel holes 13mm deep?

They do develop a bit of play you can swap out the 6mm bolts with some AN4 (1/4") which will help as they are slightly oversize (6.35mm) Unfortunately 5/16" and 8mm is basically the same so not

Yes these were the standard doors I used to make for the UK & Ireland kits, they were not a factory option, never knew why they didn't make proper doors.
