Re: Value of X-air standard
All, This is a followup for my prior messages about the "barn find" XAIR.? It appears to be an early model with the engine mounted up high. The owner of the land where it sits wants it moved ASAP.? He sold that portion of his ranch and wants to move the plane elsewhere.? I am concerned if it is dismantled without care it could end up in a lot worse condition than it is in now. I heard that by removing the horizontal stabilizers and a few other items that the wings can pull partly out and then fold back against the fuselage. Could someone direct me to an operator's manual or instructions for accomplishing that?? It would make moving the plane and storing much better while I help him figure out what to do with it.? We may just give it to an EAA chapter as a project plane. Thank you, ?????????? Rol 505-362-8232 On Wed, Jul 6, 2022 at 11:47?AM Rol Murrow <rol.murrow@...> wrote:

Re: crash in the uk
开云体育Interesting. You know what happened with the engine? Funny you say that because this year once I took my airplane out of winter storage I put brand new NGK dr9ea spark plugs and the first three flights went great but then the fourth flight when I was checking my magnetos probably to taking off when I turned off the left Magneto the engine started running really rough so I took all the spark plugs out to give them a really deep clean and I expect to go flying again this coming Saturday and I hope the problem goes away but I have no idea why there was over 300 RPM difference once I turned off the left magnetos even though I put brand new spark plugs. I have never had the situation ever before it happenedFrom: [email protected] <[email protected]> on behalf of Michael Coates <mcoates@...>

From what I can read it was an engine failure of the Jabiru upfront. There are a lot of accidents coming through at the moment as a lot of aircraft in the northern hemisphere are coming into service after being put away for the winter, Rusty pilots and
Rusty airplanes I guess.....? thankfully everyone in this accident escaped serious injury

Hi Aman
Not sure about dealers í your country. There are however few dealers in Europe who might provide some help.
