Hi everybody.
Can you please give me advice on the following.
When I transmit a msg (let say i reply to a CQ) looking the x5105 power meter
-- first 5 seconds power apparently stable
-- from 5 to 10 seconds power go gradually to near zero (*) then gradually come back to normal pwr (**).
(note *) not every time it goes to zero, some time it decrease only of some amount
(note **) not every time it come back, some time it ends with zero
At the same time I look at the SWR meter bar (at the right of the power meter bar) and it is stable near 1 - 1.1.
I made lot of ft8 qso before this issue.
My set up is the following
-- FW last available on xiegu.eu [V 3.0.0?? Nov 26 2019 16:18:50] [ X5105_App_V3.00_build008.xgf ]
-- FLRIG 1.4.2
-- WSJT-X 2.4.0
To complete this strange history you should know that I started using Omnirig instead of flrig.
I made some ft8 qso then suddenly the rig started "hanging" in TX during a msg.
Radioddity support suggested some remediations, among them to use flrig, and I was very happy since with flrig magically I worked FT8 again... since this new problem... grrr grrr grrr...?
