That machine is basically a version of the white sewing machine. You can tell by the bobbin cover and the upper assembly. Have fun

If it helps I have been told that the presser feet for the Wheeler and Wilson are same as the Singer 107 zig zag series machine which has heritage back to the Wheeler and Wilson machines. Best

The W&W #8 machine was introduced ca 1878 & made until replaced by the #9 in 1889. I do not know how high the SNs went bt mu #8 treadle is # 353,878. The SN would make your machine a rather early one,
