My carbs were rebuilt around two years ago.? Oil or gas residue seems to be seeping out of somewhere and is on the boot and some surrounding hardware.? Can't imagine the carbs needing another rebuild as fuel hasn't sat in it for more than a couple of weeks at a time (year-round commuter). Ideas?
