I love my W so much I now have 2! I recently purchased Ed's 2001 W for $4,000 with Hard bags, a Corbin Gunfighter and Lady seat w/Backrest, a tail rack and engine guards, and only 5,400 mile on the clock! While I realize Ed gave me, a fellow Forum member,? a great deal, we are talking about a 15 year old Motorcycle so I agree with Jerry, you may be asking too much. Have you checked out the new Triumphs? they've done what Kawasaki apparently was unwilling to do to keep the W family alive, that's your brand new competition!

I've had my W650 since 2004. I love it and hope to ride it for many more years. It's in excellent condition and?all original except for a modified Sargent seat and better suspension. It's worth a bunch to me! But if I put it out there asking $5400 I wouldn't expect to get many responses. $3500 to $4000 seems to be the going rate. :(
