I think I'd have to pull the original phone line out, and
fish thru the phone and cable lines at the same time.
This appears to be schedule 5 plastic conduit, very thin
wall, and I'll bet has no elbows or sweeps in the run, merely bent to fit the
run. That's ok, no obstructions with threaded fittings to hang up
on.

There's almost certainly a pull-through
sitting in the conduit...perhaps they wouldn't notice as long as you
didn't break the phone
line!
