For the record the radio dial frequency is 10.148.200 for both CW mode (USB) and DATA mode (USB) and filters are all in default. No change in VAFA settings either. Thanks for the explanation.. 73 de

If you go into Sounds -> Properties General tab and give each sound device a unique name, Windows will not (always) re-enumerate all of your sound devices after an update and assume they are new
