Winlink with VARA HF modem on SSB and an old Yaesu FT847
A friend of mine has the following: Yaesu FT847 and a SignaLink sound card and VARA HF sound card modem (latest version) He has this combination working fine on HF bands with Fldigi and the SignaLink.

I found that by using VARA Narrow, the radio will pass around 9 to 11,000? on transmit and about 7,000 on receive.? So I also tried my other radio on Narrow and found that? some times it is faster
