?At the risk of being banned from the group as a non-believer, I don't think you are ever going to find an exact match for the "factory" paint.? You MIGHT someday find the Holy Grail and get the "factory" specifications for the paint, but that will give you the color when the Uni left the factory.? Mine is going on 50 years old and there's NO way it's the same color as when it left the factory.? The sun fades colors, and paint oxidizes.? A really good body man will be able to get a very close match to the current color by tinting and/or playing with the settings on the spray gun.? Been there and done that, was taught how to do it by a very experienced body man.? But the Average Joe getting that out of a rattle can - not gonna happen.? And when you get right down to it, the vast majority of our little Uni's aren't exactly show pieces that will get judged and lose points for miss-matched paint.? So does it REALLY matter?
If you absolutely can't stand miss-matched paint, then repaint the whole shooting match, (Even PINK like Tamra did.) and record all the information you can about the paint.? And if you get more attachments in the future, hope that you can still get the exact same paint and paint them to match.? (You did record the color, right?)
