I set "com port none", rebooted and started UI-View and it didn't come
up.
At least you have proved that the issue isn't related to UI-View having trouble opening a vim port or connecting to a TNC.
Unfortunately, attachments aren't allowed. You could post it to the files area.
Is there anyone running UI-View on Windows 10 and not having this issue?
