Can I use a TT4 for both, replacing the TT3? (was AIO reprogramming)

The TT4 is capable of both DIGI and Wx functions - you even acknowledge you had one doing that at your home station. The only question is that is Wx Trax?? Is it a computer software package or a Wx station device? I did an internet search and only "Wax Trax" or WxTrack showed up. The next question would be whether the club station would have a computer attached - or stand alone.
