Q: Hey, Abraham. I feel like my practice of your teachings is really getting down to the fundamental aspects. It makes me laugh because I'm the slow part here, not you. But there are two things I wanted to pass on that I've heard recently that has really helped me. The first is this idea of taking an emotion and then thinking about what makes you feel that way. Oh my God, that has been fantastic! In my journaling I go, what makes me feel excited? What am I eager about? What am I optimistic about? And the thoughts just flow. It goes on and on. I mean I can do it for minutes on end which is really wonderful.
The second thing is a three-part process that you suggested that I think of as our allowing - step three. And the first is the acknowledgment that we're an extension of source energy, so we have the power of non-physical with us. That there's an ever-flowing stream of well-being that we can step into. And that finally, we can trust the law of attraction, and the law of attraction has it. And as our friend said, of course! Thank you.
A: Well, you've nailed everything here and we chose your video specifically because you are emphasizing this leading edge conversation that we're having about the focusing of emotion. That is such a wonderful game that you are playing, as you are acknowledging those things that you feel excited about, or those things that you feel happy about.?There isn't a better thing that you could do than to tune to the way your inner being feels about this and this, and this, and this, and this.?Your video answers several of the things that were asked before, even here today. We are appreciating it.

Abe Now, 10/12/24, part 1, 28:00 – Your Inner Being Knows

Q: Hi Abraham and everybody. I was just thinking about… I was just listening to a past Abraham now broadcast which was so amazing and so helpful, and I just picked the perfect one, just randomly. Thank you for all you do and all we get to do together here. And I was thinking about the things that I can better imagine, visualize, know are coming to me out of my Vortex because I've had some sort of felt, visceral experience of them. Like, I managed, thanks to you and your teachings, to live in Costa Rica for three months last year. And so I can imagine myself living near the ocean in a place where people speak Spanish. What about the things where we don't have much lived experience to imagine into them? Can you help us a little bit more with that? All your processes are amazing. What else?

A: Remember that step one - I know what I don't want / I know what I do want - is where you have done so much of the creative work. You have identified, you have launched into your Vortex, into your vibrational reality, the aspects that you prefer.

And then remember that your inner being is focused upon all of those aspects. And that the law of attraction has been gathering the cooperative components, so that your inner being has already assembled this unfolding, this vibrational unfolding, specifically on the basis of what you have acknowledged that you prefer, that you want.

So now, don't try too hard to try to conjure thoughts about things that you don't have past experiences about. Because the things that you did have past experiences about caused you to put your bottom line up front in your Vortex with your inner being.

So your inner being knows that you want a joyful life, that you want to be of value, that you want to feel good, that you want to be strong and vital and healthy, that you want to feel frisky, that you want to interact with others, that you want things to unfold, that you want to have fun with people, that you want to be of advantage to them and for them to be of advantage to you, that you like co-creation at its best. In other words, your inner being does know it all. Your inner being does know all of the details of all of the things that you have been wanting.

So, you can go right to the bottom line in this, by focusing on anything and everything, anything that causes you to feel that satisfaction, or that exhilaration, or that interest. Interest is a really good thing to think about. Isn't it fun to get on something that is interesting and then watch how the law of attraction brings you another facet of it. And another and another and another.

Let this be focusing emotion, rather than trying to conjure images of unknown experiences.?And watch how your inner being and the law of attraction that is responding to the focus of your inner being, the focus that your inner being is focusing on your behalf because you have been letting your inner being know through the life that you've been living, what you want and how you like to feel.

As you focus that feeling, your inner being will help you to connect the dots with manifestations. And you will find yourself saying, I will know it when I see it, or I will know it when I live it, or I will know it when the law of attraction demonstrates it to me in my personal up front real life experience. You are on the cusp of such powerful understanding.

Abe Now, 10/12/24, part 1, 52:05 – Procrastination


Q: Hi, Esther and Abraham. Thank you so much for the teachings throughout the years. You've had a huge impact on my life and I'm so grateful. My question today is about procrastination. I procrastinate a lot. I am a writer and I love what Abraham says about there’s never a happy ending to an unhappy journey. And I try to think about that with my creative projects. And when I'm writing, I try to write only when I'm in alignment and flow. But lately, I've been feeling like I'm doing a lot less writing and a lot more other things, just that I'm filling my day with. And some of them are filled with joy, and when I get to the end of the day, I've had a joyful day. But I'm not getting my work projects done, and I have a lot of creative projects I want to get out of me. Can you help me shift this, or give me a tool that could help me with this? Thank you.
A: Yes, we can.?So, let's take the resistance out of the word procrastination. Let us define the word for you. It's not time to take action yet. I feel like it's not time to take action yet. The feeling of procrastination is you being at a different frequency on the topic than your inner being is. And so you're not getting the help of your inner being, which feels like inspiration or feels like I want to do this.
Let's take it further. It's like picking green hard fruit from the tree and saying it's not ready to eat yet. And someone saying to you, well I don't know why you're procrastinating. You have the fruit. It’s in your hand. Why not eat it? And you would say, because it isn't ready. It isn't ready for me to do my thing with it yet.

So there is a lot of thought that isn't ripe yet. It hasn't processed. You can ripen your thought fruit, when you focus upon what it feels like.

Someone who focuses upon the deliciousness of biting into a peach, or a nectarine, or a strawberry, or an avocado, or a banana, or anything that is delicious… Esther finds sometimes when she bites into something… She was in Eugene Oregon some years ago with Jerry at a restaurant where they had a garden in the back. And the greens and such that were in the salad had been picked that day. And as Esther bit into that salad, goosebumps all over her body, as her inner being was appreciating the wonderfulness of what she was eating.

And so, take it easy. Don't be hard on yourself. Be really nice to yourself. Procrastination means it's just not ready for action. Doesn't mean it's wrong.

Abe Now, 9/14/24, part 1, 8:34 – Heartbreak focus

In response to a woman who feels heartbroken at the thought of ending her relationship with a man, based on the advice she is getting from those around her.

A: We know that it is not an easy thing to be in a human body in this time and space, and have any real understanding of how what comes to you, comes to you. We talk endlessly about this being a vibrational universe and you being vibrational beings. And that your thoughts are vibrational. We talk endlessly about how you are a physical being, who is an extension of a non-physical being, and that that soul or source of you remains non-physically focused, Source-like, pure positive energy. Only love. Never worry or doubt or fear.

And so, if you aren't considering why you feel the way you feel… If you assign your feeling to an inevitable outcome, then you feel like you felt as you are asking for some help here. But you are not yet understanding that how you feel is what is at the heart of your point of attraction.

It's like this. Just like the law of gravity affects you every day, all day, in every way, the law of attraction even more so. And the law of attraction is responding to your vibration. And your vibration is indicated to you by your emotion.

So for example, when you said, “It breaks my heart when I think this thought.” Really important statement. What you said is when I choose that thought among all the thoughts that I could be focused upon, my guidance system shows me that that's not a thought that's compatible with my inner being’s thought.

And so the feeling of your heart breaking, that feeling of sadness, or disappointment, or even guilt, or even loneliness, that heartbreaking feeling, is because your inner being is not approaching your relationship with this person in the way that you are. And when you approach it that way, you're taking guidance from humans who are saying, “He's not good for you. This can't work out. You should get away.”

But that is not the opinion of your inner being, and that is what you're feeling. You're feeling the discord between advice you're getting from humans, and the way your inner being feels about it.

We would like to ask you, if you can, to go back to when you first met. To go back to those feelings of loving, and discovery, and having fun, and falling in love.

So now we're going to ask you, beautiful girl of submitting this video, to step back if you can from your conversation, from your question. Step back from that situation, from that issue, for just a moment. And hear these words.

When you focus on something that has just gone wrong, or something that someone has said to you in response to your telling them about something that has just gone wrong… When you choose that as your point of focus, you are actually focusing yourself in to a heartbreaking feeling. You focused the heartbreaking feeling into your now reality, without leaving, without breaking up. You focused that heartbreak. You focused that heartbreaking feeling.

But you could in your now, in your powerful now, be focusing an appreciation emotion, an anticipation emotion, even a hopeful emotion.

So we're going to talk a lot to all of you today about something that we talked about a lot with the last broadcast. And if you didn't see it, we encourage you to find it last week, one week ago, and watch it. We're going to touch pieces of it here today.

Because if you realize that you are the focuser of thought, yes. But the focuser of feeling is an easier thing to do and it gets the job done quicker.

So you can choose a heartbreaking feeling with those thoughts. Or you can choose a more optimistic feeling with those thoughts. And most of all, you have to let other people out of the equation. Leave them out of the equation. They don't know. They don't know.

?Abe Now, 9/14/24, part 1, 14:14 – A simple choice

?

Q: Hi Abraham. I’ve been a listener for many, many years. My question is, what can I do differently? I have read some books and really understand the mindset. And I've had two phenomenal relationships that ended, and this was two years ago. And ever since then, just really have had a hard time dating. I've had things take off in all other sorts of ways - health in a positive way, career, financially. But even with the positive mindset, just cannot seem to get anything even close to my amazing past two relationships that happened two years ago. Have been trying to again like, really loved them, like when it comes to the relationships they were great. But yeah, that's pretty much my question.

A: So, it's important to understand that most people offer their vibration - which is the way they present themselves to the law of attraction, so it matters a lot… Most people offer their vibration, their thought vibration which results in an emotion… Most people offer that in response to what they are observing.

So, in your now, you are observing through memory, two amazing relationships. And you're also observing in your now relationships that aren't going so well. And in those focuses…

If you can hear us when we say, when you focus your emotion on the amazing feeling, then that's your point of attraction. When you focus your feeling on the it's not working out feeling, that's your point of attraction. It's a simple choice.

If we could convince you that focusing your emotion is what makes your life work the way it does, then you would be looking for things on the top half of the emotional scale. (Can you put the scale on the screen for them?)

So look at one, two, three, four, five, six. If you can focus a feeling in any of those… One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, Joy, freedom, love, empowerment, appreciation, passion, enthusiasm, eagerness, happiness, positive expectation, belief, optimism, hopefulness, contentment. We would add to that, satisfaction, fun. We would add to that, enthusiasm. We would add to that, friskiness.

See the tipping point on that screen? Right there at seven, between seven and six. There in very faint type, there's a word that says tipping point, and what… See it there? What that means is, if you can focus any of those good feelings… Focus the feeling. Your point of attraction has tipped.

And the amazing relationship starts coming, begins coming again, rather than the disappointing ones. It's not about memory. It's not about manipulation. It's not about setting goals. It’s about focusing your point of attraction.

And here's why. You did step one. You lived some life. You sorted it out. You didn't like that. You liked that. You didn't like that. You liked that. You didn't like that. You liked that. You sent what you do like forward, where your inner being could see it, and your inner being focuses on the “I like this. This feels good to me. I want this.”

You are a lover. You are an uplifter. We're talking to all of you.

So, you did step one. You created a vibrational version, through sifting and sorting, knowing what you don't want, knowing what you do want. You did that. You did step one. You asked.

And then your inner being focuses unequivocally, singularly on the combined desires that you've been launching. It's a beautiful thing to see. Now you must do step three, which is focus the feeling, focus the emotion. Don't try to do any more thinking. You thought when you lived it.

The more you think about it, the more you analyze about it, the more you muddy the waters.

Focus the feeling of the amazing relationships and watch what starts showing up today.

Abe Now, 9/14/2024, part 1, 44:44 – Election?focusing

?

Q: Hey Abraham. I adored last week's session. And I loved the idea of the reminder that my starting place is that I'm an extension of Source energy. And that from that place, it's easy to slip into that stream of well-being that's so powerful and is based in love and what we do want. So, I was wanting to practice that a little bit about this upcoming American election. And I was thinking, you know, there are a lot of things about this that I'm really excited about. I love the engagement of the young people and I love the humor and I love the diversity and all sorts of wonderful things about it. But I was hoping that you could help us have the perspective of non-physical on this because I think a lot of us get caught in the dichotomous opinioning, and I'm hoping you can help us get beyond that to a non-physical perspective. Thank you.

A: The thing about politics, the thing about elections that makes it maybe the most difficult subject of all for us to discuss in a format like this where we're asking you to focus emotion…

What we're saying is that politics mostly is about pushing against the other one. Pushing against the other one. It's like focusing… ?It's like justifying my decision - no matter which side I'm on - justifying my decision by pointing out how bad they are.

So you're setting yourself up. If this is the issue that you are wanting to be the actor in front of the director… So, if this director says to you, “I'm looking for an emotion of indignation and rage. I'm looking for an emotion of indignation and rage and disempowerment.”

Well you could turn on the television on almost any cable news channel and find something to focus upon that would give you that perfect face for the camera and that perfect vibrational emitting as you step into the field of the law of attraction. And you would disadvantage yourself, as you stop your alignment, in your, what you think is deliberate consideration of what's the right choice.

If your director were to ask you to present to the camera (law attraction) the emotion of eagerness, and unfolding, and adventure, and expansion, and that was what you decided to do, you could find it by turning on the cable news programs, and you would be then using this subject to your advantage.

You see, what happens is, if you think that you have to choose a side in order to create something… What we're saying to you… Instead choose the emotion that you want to feel when it all washes out. And focus in every way you can on that emotion.

You can find actors on both sides of your political United States election doing some of all of that, but that's irrelevant to you. What are you choosing to do?

If your question is, show me how to focus so that I can make the election turn out the way I want it to…

What we want to say to you… We're happy to show you how to focus emotion so that your point of attraction will be a continuing bringing to you of pleasant life experience.

Don't ask the law of attraction to control others. You control your emotion. And therefore, you control what comes to you.


Almost 100% of politics is outside the vortex. Because they're not understanding what we just explained to you here.

When you look out into the world and you decide that that's got to change before I can feel good, you're not focusing anything. You're not being a deliberate creator at all. You're saying, I need to find some way that I can manipulate or make happen something that when I just look at it, I will feel better. That's not focusing emotion. That's not deliberate creation.

You can sift and sort through the history or the nowness of your life experiences. And you can find things that feel wonderful and things that feel awful. But until you decide that you're looking for what feels wonderful, you'll have no control over your own experience.

Do they still sound like somebody you'd like to hang out with??

You say it can’t feel as good because what you're longing for is what you had.?
What you're longing for is the tactile, the tangible, the auditory, the visual.?
You're longing for something that clearly is not possible, not at this point.

But stay with us because this is this larger point that we've been wanting to make.?
Because of your fixation all humans have on physical reality - of wanting to see it and hear it and smell it and taste it and touch it - you have been misunderstanding that so many of your relationships were based upon something so much more.?

There is an emotional connection to every single person.?
Together you the two of you created a version of a relationship that was
bigger and better than this relationship ever came to be.?
In other words, every debate or argument you had, you became clearer and wiser.?

Every time you misunderstood or didn't agree, harmony became part of it. Together you created a relationship that most people in their physical form will never ever come close to actually enjoying in physical terms.?

But now you have the ability to go into your Vortex and to live the reality of that relationship.?
Which means this relationship that you're missing temporarily has the potential of satisfying you in bigger better ways than you ever experienced before.

Esther's relationship with her parents is richer and more satisfying now than in the years that they were living because in the years that they were living Esther was always really scratching her mind to try to find ways that she could help their life be just a little better.?

And everything that she tried never really made their life any better. Because their life was what they were creating it to be and Esther really did not have that kind of creative control in their life. Whereas now she doesn't do any of that. Now she just enjoys the richness of all that they are.

They have deep conversations that they never had time for.?
Now that they've reemerged into non-physical they're on the same
wavelength.?
So the satisfaction is so much more so now.

So you're missing them, missing this person, and your logic says it's not going to ever be like it was. But through this experience you now have put something into the Vortex that was never there before either. There is a new wanting.?
A wanting to be up to speed so that you can communicate with this person.

There is a new desire.?
This experience of this person making their transition has caused you to expand to a place that you have never been before.

Which means your responsibility–this is the only time we use the word responsibility - your responsibility is to now get up to speed with this more-than-usual expanded version of you, because of what happened.?

So your sadness is not because of the loss of this person. Your sadness is because you're in a new place that you're further from than you were before, because I've launched more powerful rockets of desire.?

But you say to yourself if I know that I feel bad because life caused me to expand and I'm using some thought and keeping myself from expanding now, at least I have hope that I could change the thought and
close the gap.?

We want to say to you in very loving but powerful terms you're the only one who can make yourself feel better.

?It's not your dearly not-so-departed loved one’s job to make you feel better.?
And that's what your “dead” friend would say to you. “I can't come back to physical life to make you feel better, man.?
You've got to figure this out.?

Abe Now, 9/7/24, part 2, 34:23 – Focus energy

Q: Hi Abraham. Hi Esther. Hi everyone. So over the years people would ask you Abraham to show your energy. And every time you do it, the energy just expands and contracts. And I could see energies and non-physical would play with us and even Jerry would pop up once in a while and that's very exciting and delightful. And so I'm curious about the mechanics behind how this energy is being manipulated through Esther. Is it just your energy Abraham? Is it just Esther’s? Is it non-physical energy together with all of your energies? Is it manipulated through breath, through intention? Is it through assertion, which I doubt? But I hope you could play with me on this. Thank you so much.

A: Well, we're back to the word focus again, aren't we? And for some, when you focus something, that can seem like assertion.

In other words, you're focusing. When you focus, the energy that you have flows and is matched by the law of attraction. And so we can see how it can feel a little confusing. Am I attracting or am I focusing? And we say you're attracting through your focus.


So let's go back to your question as it unfolded. So we are a powerful stream. Because of our numbers, yes, but also because of the absence of resistance. We are a powerful stream of focused Source energy.

And that focused energy is focused without resistance on everything that you know as physical, as Earth, as flora and fauna, and human, and all species. We're focused, without resistance.


And the existence of this time and space reality is because of that focus. And the maintenance of that time and space reality is because of our focus. The expansion and evolution of it is because of our focus.


But even more precisely, because of the focus of the inhabitants of the planet. The perceivers of life on planet Earth is summoning the energy for the continuation of it. Not just for the maintenance of it - Earth spinning in perfect proximity to other planets and so forth. Not just for the maintenance of it - water raining around the planet, food moving around the planet. Not just for the maintenance of it, but for the expansion and evolution of it.


Most of that coming from human experience, but not all. Your perception of life, what you prefer, the way you interact with one another, what you ask for as a result of your interacting with one another. All of that. All of that. All of your sifting and sorting, and choosing…


Now think about what we said earlier. Choosing. When you choose from your perspective of seeing through the eyes of source, feel the power of that choice. Start again.


Your vortices, the vortices that are evolutionary, growing, expanding because of your exposure to life on Earth, only the parts of it that are a vibrational match to your inner being - that's us - point of focus, point of attraction is received into the vortex. That's why your hate doesn't go there. Your fear doesn't go there. Your worry doesn't go there.


So, the pure essence of what you are extracting through your life experience is what this non-physical vortex is about. And then that perspective - that's us, that’s Source energy, humans often want to call that God - then continues the proliferation of that well-being through focus.


Humans - we love you so much - you are an extension of that. You are the result of all of that. And you are the reason for the expansion of all of that, which means you’re sorting wanted from unwanted, most wanted from less wanted. In other words, you who are living the fullest manifestational version of all of this existence, you are then fine-tuning how you would like it to be better. And we receive that from you.


In order to fully understand your question - we're talking about your understanding of it. We've got it. And therefore in order to fully understand our answer to your question, you have to accept that the law of attraction is the putter together of all of it.


So, we emit a signal because we focus. And you emit a signal because you focus. Our signal is always love-based. Yours sometimes is and sometimes isn't. Through what you're emitting, you are creating. More are focusing upon the results of the creation. Then more are choosing preferences.


This is our way of saying to you… It may feel like we've gone beyond your question, but your question really prompted this.


What we're really getting at is, it requires everything that you all are living - wanted and unwanted - for you to cause the wanted universe to expand.

In other words, you are the creator of more of what you call goodness through your exposure to what you call badness. Because through the contrast, you can make more deliberate choice as you choose to feel good.


The true expansion of the universe… Oh! We are so close to explaining all of it to you. And by that, we mean you are so close to receiving our explanation of all of it.


We're just gonna take a beat here and line it up so that you can really hear it.


So, if there was a beginning point, let's call it non-physical, your inner being. Your inner being focused a part of you into a physical body. Now there's two aspects of you playing off one another. The physical human you explores the contrast of your Earth experience and you choose more and more of wanted. And your inner being only receives the wanted part of what you emit.


Because the law of attraction only brings to us your inner beings, the part that you want. Because that's the way we're focused. We're only focused upon the pleasure, upon the good, upon the love. And so anything that you're living that is not that, is less than that, we can't receive it because we don't attract it, because we don't focus there.


You're doing just as you said you would. It's all good. You're focusing on the contrast and you're emitting the desired. And the desired is known by us, is focused on by us. And so you could say that the expansion of the universe happens when your inner being receives the nuggets of wonderfulness that you are selecting from life. That's the expansion of the universe. Yes it is.


But then, you're not only causing the expansion of the universe. You have emotional guidance system. So you’re focused upon the feeling of love and pleasure. So you are joining your inner being in this vibration of well-being.


And in those moments that you feel like that, we are one. We, from whence you came, we that you have contributed to, we who are focused with you now. But the operative word is, you have pleasured, or loved, focused yourself into alignment with us. And so now you have joined the expanded Universe.


BUT now what's going to happen? Now the physical Universe is going to expand to reflect what you joined in on. You created it for a while, but you weren't joined in with it. You launched rockets of desires, but you were apart from them. Your inner being wasn't.


But then you cared about finding alignment and pleasure and love. And so you focused your way as we've described in these hours today, and now you've joined the vibration. Your marbles are matching the marbles of your inner being, and we are all one. And now, NOW, your physical time space reality will expand to reflect that. Don't you like it?


So then, you want to ask… We’re hearing it. It’s sort of a lot of you asking this question. So, I get it that my vortex is expanding. And I get it that when I focus there, I and others, that Earth reflects that. But Abraham, why is Earth reflecting the unwanted?


Because everything that exists is becoming more. In every particle of the universe there is that which is wanted, and the absence of it. Both must coexist in order for the Universe to continue to expand.


And now dear hearts, you now understand EVERYTHING that there is to understand about creation.

Q: Hello Esther. Hello Abraham. Thank you for choosing my video. In a few days it’s going to be my birthday. And I would like to ask Abraham for a rampage here in the Abraham Now broadcast about celebrating life, celebrating the now, making peace with the present moment. Thank you so much.


A: This is a good time for a rampage, too. Because you can rampage up the emotional scale or down it. Whatever it is you're focused upon, the law of attraction will help you to rampage. And so, this is a good time to take that rampage that you're asking for into more and more alignment and allowing. And so, here you go, for your birthday coming up.


In our gathering last Saturday in San Diego, there were a few birthdays in the room. And we were explaining to everybody that every day, in fact every segment, can be a new birth-day. So we're gonna start our rampage slow, and then you're going to feel it become more.


I – we’re speaking from your perspective - I like what I have heard here today. And even more, I like the movement in my emotions around it. I like knowing that I'm an extension of Source energy. And I am so glad that I was birthed. Thank you, Mom and Dad.


I'm so glad that I was birthed. Thank you, whoever you were that caused me to come together in this physical form. Even if I didn't meet you as my birth mother, or my birth father. Even if I came from a sperm bank. Even if, even if… Thank you, thank you. Thank you laws of the universe. Thank you physical aspects. Thank you for my physical birth. Thank you for me getting to be here on this leading edge of this expanding Universe.


I feel like I am at the beginning and at the ending of a magnificent loop. And it feels like there are eternal number of loops.


I get it that I'm in my physical body, and that I'm exploring pros and cons, pluses and minuses, wanted an unwanted. And that out of it, I'm launching rockets of desires. And that my inner being is then holding that as an anchor, or a guidepost, or as a guiding light for me to find, as I pay attention to emotions, find my way back to.


And I really, really like knowing that as I find my way back to that, as I find pleasure and therefore, find my way back to that, then the pleasure even becomes more. Because it's beyond the pleasure of an idea, or the pleasure of a thought, or a desire, or even the pleasure of a belief or an expectation. It becomes the pleasure of a manifestation where the law of attraction brings together the cooperative components for the full creation that I can see and hear and smell and taste and touch in my physical form.


I like how this all fits together. I adore every aspect of my beingness. And for now, I am most thrilled with my aspect which is physical, where I get to sift and sort and decide. And then I get to find a way to align with the pleasure. And then that pleasure can then manifest into full physical form.


I like knowing that the non-physical part of me exists. But I like being in my physical body where I play my physical role. I'm thankful that my inner being exists. That my inner being is a guiding light. And a portal. And even a holding place of the things that I care about. I'm thankful that that part of me exists.


But I am so aware right now that my inner being is playing its part exactly right. And that my goal, my work, my pleasure, my reason for being, what I want is to be in this physical body, co-creating with my inner being - who isn't - but IN my physical body.


What I'm saying in this rampage is that I'm so happy that I get to manifest stuff. I'm happy that I get to turn my thoughts to things. That I get to focus my pleasure into the manifestation of a lover with whom I can share pleasure. Into the manifestation of children with whom I can share pleasure. Or co-create with animals with whom I can share pleasure of their friskiness and their eagerness for life.


I'm happy that I get to be in a physical body where I get to attract money to spend on things that I like. I like to eat food. I like to taste it. I like to move my body. I like my body to generate energy. I like the fuel from Source energy to turn into enthusiasm and interest. And I like the fuel from food to turn into metabolism and physical strength and prowess.


I like how this works, and I like my physical part of it, Abraham. I like my physical part of it. I adore my physical part of it. I want to see and savor. And I want to hear and savor. And I want to smell and savor, and taste and savor, and touch and savor. And I want more, and more, and more, and more, and more.


I want to exhibit my ability to focus. I want to exhibit my ability to feel. And I want to exhibit my ability to manifest. I want to be uplifted by my determination to focus myself into the frequency that uplifts. And then I want to take my uplifted and uplifting person out into the world and I want to shine my light through my eyes of focus everywhere that interests me.


If someone has a question, I want to help them find the answer. And if someone is in need of something, I want to focus their solution into being with them. I don't want to hang around by myself. I want to co-create.


I want to be a fully functioning human. Meaning firing on all cylinders. Meaning tuned to the frequency and energy stream of my inner being. Meaning seeing my physical world through the eyes of source. Meaning that is the most pleasurable perspective that I or anyone could find.


And I want to live it because I love feeling like that. And I want to live it because that's the way I can teach it to others. And I want to take pleasure from the pleasure of others who are also figuring out how to live it.


I am in love with everybody. Even those who are in trouble and complaining. Even those who are thriving and doing it on purpose.

I see how it all fits together. And every component of all of it is magnificent and helpful.


And so, I'm going to finish my rampage out by making this commitment to myself. I'm going to be as much of me as I can be when anyone meets me. And I'm going to take pleasure as best I can from every encounter with life that I attract my way.

Abe Now, 9/7/24, part 2, 57:02 – Son’s toothbrushing


Q: Hi Abraham and friends. This week I want to ask a question, how to make my 8-year old son brush his teeth. He doesn't want to do it. And I want to inspire him, but I can't seem to find a way. So what would be the best thing to do here? Do I just back off and let him not do it, which doesn't really agree with me very well because I mean, well, I see the broader picture which doesn't seem to see it like that. Or do I work at finding games like we've been doing? Charts don't seem to work very well. How do I… what's my role here? Like, I can't seem to find the balance between let him figure it out, or me do it for him. Like what's the right thing to do here? Any advice welcome. See you tomorrow.


A: Well you feel how complicated that question became? And our answer is going to be very simple for you and you're going to receive it easily now. We're going to walk you through this, in a way that, it will sort of bring home everything that we've been talking about here today. And we will definitely answer your question about your eight-year-old and his teeth brushing. So, here we go.


You get it that you have a vortex. And we want to say, a lot of things are in your vortex that aren't only about you and your body. But they are all about you and your pleasure. Which means all those people you care about are in your vortex.


So, through your life, as you have been mentoring your little one, and even before you actually joined up in the physical, long before that really, you've been co-creating, collaborating intentions, so to speak.


So think about, if he has trouble at school, you put the solution in your vortex. If you feel the pain of his unhappiness, you put the pleasure in your vortex. If he is being bullied, you put him living really happily in your vortex. Every aspect that you have ever considered about him, the what-you-want part is in your vortex.


You launched it there. You put it there. Everything that you care about - his growing up, his love of life, his living happily ever after, his teeth being in good shape - everything that you care about, you have put in your vortex. And your inner being has been focused upon it. You've heard that a lot here today.


So, everything that you care about for your - anyone's - your children, your grandchildren, your lovers, strangers. The care that you have, that you've put into your vortex for anyone is on full display to your inner being at all times. And is being satisfied and answered at all times.

Every problem has solution and the solutions are active in the vortex. Every question has answers and the answers are active in the vortex.


So you have one singular thing to do. Focus on the pleasure of you being aligned with your vortex. And in doing so, you focus upon the pleasure of everything that you have wished for your child. You focus upon…


Don't underestimate what we mean by pleasure. Your inner being focuses only in love, in complete absence of resistance, and everything that your inner being focuses upon becomes. This is the creation of the universe. And so these things that you've been asking for, that you think you haven't achieved yet, like your little one wanting to brush his teeth, or like the money that you want coming into your experience. It all has already happened vibrationally. And when you find the pleasure of aligning with your vortex, you allow it to demonstrate in your life experience where you can see it, and hear it, and smell it, and taste it, and touch it.


Well that's never been clearer to us. And Esther did a pretty good job of finding words to clearly express the precision of the vibration that we sent her way. And you all are tuned in, tapped in, turned on, better than you've ever been. So the likelihood of you understanding all of this is enormous. But it's more than likelihood. It's absolute. You know this. The largest part of you knows this.

Q: Hi Abraham, you talked a lot about our attraction power in terms of the 17 seconds of pure thought we could hold. You also explained that our inner being will hold the thought of what we desire purely as part of step 2 of the attraction process, and will attract on our behalf. I am trying to understand more about the power of that attraction process. You've equated 17 seconds to a certain number of man hours, and obviously it seems if our source is consistently attracting on our behalf, that is way more powerful. And aligning with that would be more productive. You've also said that in the end, we are the creation or really, we are the creation. Not the pile of things that we are hoping to acquire. And so I just would like to hear more words about Source’s appreciation for how we got where we are. Thanks.

A:?We are appreciating that you bring into the conversation the fact that you are a creator. And you are the creator of the creation that is you.
Your beginning question about the 17 seconds ties in so perfectly with what you came to at the end of your question about being the creation.
Here's how it fits together.
When you focus upon something for 17 seconds - and let's assume that it's something that you want. It might not be, but for the sake of this deliberate creation conversation, you've chosen something that you want and you've focused upon it for 17 seconds.
And in doing so, in choosing something that you want, and in maintaining your focus as best you can for 17 seconds, your inner being is joining you in that thought.
And in that attraction power of the creation of your desire - and let's take it all the way out - in your creation of the desire to be the creator who is experiencing this.
In other words, when we say you can be or do or have whatever you are choosing, you are the perceiver of that. Therefore you are the creator of that. But most important to what you just remarked, you are the creation too.
So you managed to focus on something you want for 17 seconds and your inner being joins you. And now, in that stronger attraction power, another thought that matches that joins it and it is exponentially more powerful.
Now, you are powerful when you join your inner being on any thought. But let's add to this important discussion by reminding you that the reason that you are powerful when you join your inner being’s focus, or perception, or way of perceiving on something, is because your inner being has no resistance in your inner being’s point of attraction.
So, when you join forces, you could say, with your inner being your attraction power is greater. Yes. But another thing that is happening is that your propensity, your ability, your likelihood, your possibility, probability, certainty gets stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and stronger, and therefore, more likely as you do more of this more often.
In other words, what we're saying is the likelihood of you finding other thoughts that match these thoughts are greater when you cross the 17 second point, and greater still when you add another 17, and another 17, and another 17, and you cross the 68 second point.
Now we want to be clear about something. There are two things that we are talking about here. You always have a strong point of attraction when you join forces, when you match marbles with your inner being on any topic.
But you know, the thing that most of you were complaining about… And we appreciate your complaints too, because it's all part of this process. What the majority of you were complaining about is your seeming inability to stay focused long enough to bring something into the reality that you want to live.
And that's what this 17 seconds plus 17 seconds plus 17 seconds conversation is all about. When you manage to focus, and then join another 17 seconds, it's like you are doubling your attraction power with every 17 seconds that passes. And exponentially, you become very powerful very quickly.
But most of you don't cross even that first 17 seconds, because you’re flip-flopping. I want it, but… You're not staying focused upon your object of desire. You are often going to the other end of the stick – the creation stick that we talk about all the time. Wanted on one end of it, and absence of wanted on the other end of it. You flip-flop back and forth.
So your focus for that 17 seconds is to stay focused upon the desire end of the stick, joined with your inner being who is always focused upon the desire end of the stick. And then doubling that attraction power by crossing the 17 second mark, and then the next 17 second mark, and the next, until you've crossed into 68 seconds. And now you have changed your point of attraction.
Focus is the name of the creative game. Focus is how you attract. Focus is how you become. Focus is how you create.
So see how it all fits together? The more you do it, the easier it becomes. And it becomes easier because the creation, which you are in the process of creating, gets better at focus. Better at focusing upon the end of the stick of wanted, rather than the other end.
Friends, this is the most leading edge discussion about creator, creation, focus, marble matching, your inner being, who you are, how you came into this physical body, how you do what you intended to come as you come into this physical body, and living happily ever after that we have ever had together. We like it a lot.
We also?want to say, these videos that we playing for you are in the order that they came in. They are not every video that came in. We skipped a lot of them. They are evidence of you all tapping ?into this collective consciousness that we are together creating. Some of you asked some questions about that.

Q: Hi Abraham? How did this happen that you started to teach us? Yeah. Who had the idea? Like how did it come? It's interesting. It just came to me.
And my next question was, last broadcast, you were saying take it easy and that you don't have to remember everything. So I was like, yeah. If you try to remember everything, you’re struggling, like it's already like this resistance. So really cool. So I don't have to remember everything. So it feels really good. So on top you were saying like we're doing really good. So it's kind of like the mix of these two: Take it easy. Don't remember everything. You’re doing really well. You’re doing really good. It’s a great combination. And then you need to just trust that everything is working out. You don't have to go into details. Just have to feel good about one thing, and the other thing just gonna happen. Just gonna happen for you.

A: And so, did you hear the brilliance and wisdom and clarity of our friend here? That's exactly what we're getting at. That's it. That's it.
If you play this broadcast back, be sure and listen to that part, what he said a few times, because he put into very easy to understand, physical human terms, or ways of living of life, everything that we're getting at here, with all of these words that we've been offering to you.
Your first question in this video is, how did it come that we are here having this experience together? How did it come about? It was an intention that you all held even before you came into this physical body. And that we held as you came into your physical bodies.
You said, every one of you said, “I'm gonna go. I’m gonna focus into physicality. And there's a lot going on there. So many things to choose from. So much potential pleasure as I evolve, as a result of this exposure to this environment, to this exposure to this time and space and to these other magnificent perceivers.”
And you said, “I will sift and sort. And I'll know what I don't want and I'll know what I do want. I'll do step one in this collaboration.”
And we said, “You go. And we'll watch. We'll go with you, in a sense. We will see what you're doing. And most of all, we will understand what you are preferring. We will understand what each exposure to each life experience means to you. We will feel your guidance working for you. We will feel your pleasure. And we will know that that is your greatest choosing from this moment, from this moment, from this segment, from this segment. And each time you choose, we will focus there. And only there. On those frequencies from 7 up on the emotional scale.
“And then the law of attraction will do what it does. It will gather the cooperative components to what you have said you wanted us to focus upon and what we focus upon. And we will hold that focus so clearly, that it will be easy for you…
“If you keep your promise to yourself as you came into your physical body, the promise of feeling good, the promise of being glad, the promise of feeling love, the promise of feeling pleasure. If you will keep that promise to yourself, you will connect with us often as we focus upon all of these things. Each and every one of them. From the broadest to the most narrow to the grandest to the most minutia, everything that you're asking about.”
We said to you before you came into your physical body, “We will focus and we will hold it in its ever evolving, vibrationally upward motion, momentum place. And you can join in any time.”
And you said, “Great idea!” And then you said, “And, when my physical self does this, and my inner being self does that, and I focus myself into alignment so that I allow myself in my human form to be a cooperative component to what we have all created together, then the law of attraction will assist in the manifestation of those experiences.

“So that my thoughts will turn to things that I can see, and savor, and hear, and savor, and smell, and savor, and taste, and savor. In other words, see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it. I will get the manifestation. The whole loop will close.”
Sounds like a really good system of creation, doesn't it?
What's the point of it? What is the point of it? What's the point of it? You gotta ask yourself what's the point of it? What is the point of all of this becoming, all of this evolving, all of this birthing, all of this physical and non-physical? What's the point of it? Why does it exist? What is it about?
Well, remember from where it was generated. It's about love. It’s about pleasure. It's about more, more, more, more of that. But it takes some of all of that to get to that.
And all of that is surely worth getting to that. We would like you to get to that. Often. All day, every day.

Abe Now, 9/7/24, part 1, 5:55 – Focus Summons Energy

A: We are here and we are eager to play together. Not work, but play. We are appreciating your co-creating with us in this way.

Many of you wrote down what you were thinking about. Many of you just thought it. In fact most of you just thought about it. And that works too.

And some of you thought about it more. You actually put more momentum into your questions when you contemplate it and think about it, and then actually produce a video presentation for us.

It’s interesting for us to absorb all of you. And it's an interesting word that Esther has chosen for the intention that we said to her. But it is like an absorption, an inclusion. It's like a matching up.

When you have a strong question, and you focus into this format with an intention of adding to the questions of others, and adding to the clarification of others, and of course the primary intention of getting an answer back from us that takes you forward in your understanding. That's what co-creating really is. It’s always motion forward. It's never stepping back.

Quite a few of you sent to us in one way or another your concerns about things not moving fast enough for you. Or like you're stepping back, or like you had it but then you lost it. And we really want to emphasize that you never step back. Things do change, though.

And if in the changing life that you are living, you would look at it as unfolding, and more becoming, and more clarification, more understanding, more deliberate attraction, rather than you doing something wrong or you missing out on something. That little piece of intention will serve you really well.

Q: Good morning everybody. I have been trying to deactivate negative belief systems and attitudes about aging, and there certainly are all of those attitudes when you reach certain ages in our culture. And one of them for me is that I won’t have enough energy to do the things that I want to do. And the other day I woke up tired when I was going to work. But that afternoon, I had a really fun afternoon with my students. And I realized that joyful focus was my energy supply, and that I could have that at any age. And that was a really great realization. Thanks everybody. Love everybody. Love the Abraham Community.

A: We are appreciating everything you said here. And we want to draw your attention, all of you, we want to draw your attention to a very powerful law of physics that once you contemplate it, understand it, and then decide that you're going to deliberately apply it, you'll find yourselves energized by this understanding.

So you are an extension of Source energy. We've talked about that before and we'll say more about it as we move forward here today too. But if you can think of yourselves as focusers - thoughts that you're thinking about, objects that you're focused upon - focusers.?And, as you are focusing, you are literally summoning Source energy (you're more comfortable calling that your inner being) to focus with you toward whatever you're focused upon.

We talk about Source energy, focused energy. And as you began your video presentation to us just now, you were talking about being tired. And that's a different way that humans use the expression energy. In other words I don't have the energy to do something. But we would like you to combine that energy that you mean that gives you the impetus to walk up a hill for example, or to even get out of bed. That energy that you mean when you're talking about propelling yourself, your physical body. We would like you to couple that energy with Source energy. And we would like to help you do it by utilizing the term focus.

So what happened to you… You explained it very well. You went to your work where you are teaching students, and you got focused with them upon something that was fun. And collectively you summoned energy.

You personally summoned energy and your physical apparatus benefits by that. The more decisions you make in every day, the more energized you are. The more objects of your attention that you deliberately focus upon, the more energized you are. And this energy is available to you as long as you are utilizing it and focusing it.

So many people sort of mess up this focus business by really caring a lot about how others are focused at them, what others are doing for them.

If you will instead think in terms of yourself as a focuser, as an intender, as a creator, as a focuser, you will find yourself energized often.

Some others of you have sent in some videos that dovetail with this, and we'll pick up on this conversation as we come to those.

Abe Now, 9/7/24, part 1, 13:45 – Pleasure or Pain

Q: Hello Abraham and everyone. I just loved something you said last time, and I will read it now. “If you are focused on something that gives you pleasure, you cannot at the same time be focused on something that gives you pain. If pleasure is perceptual, so is pain.”

And I think it's very interesting this word perception. Because of course, the pain has been going on for quite a while, and there's a lot of momentum. But I have noticed that in my life, I can perceive my pain differently. I can focus on something that's not the pain, something that I love. I love to learn Spanish and I use this little game where I appreciate learning Spanish when I'm walking so that I'm focused on that instead of the pain.

A: So you're carrying on the conversation of focus here. And the most significant thing that comes from what you offered here is, you can't focus upon something that gives you pleasure at the same time that you're focusing upon something that gives you pain.

And we would like you to feel with us how when you're focused and feeling pleasure it’s because you're a match to your inner being. And anytime you are a match to your inner being, you feel more pleasure. And when you're focused upon something when you are not a match to your inner being, that's when you're feeling not the presence of pain, but the absence of pleasure.

There is no source of darkness. There's just the light that you allow or don't. So let's call the light pleasure. And let's call the dark pain.

And let's understand it in the same way. You’re focused in a way that matches what your inner being knows about your object of focus. And you can tell by the degree of pleasure or absence of it how well connected you are with your source of energy and clarity and abundance and all things that you desire.

Q: Hey Abraham and everybody. I have really been enjoying the distinction you're making between opinions and intentions. And it's perhaps really poignant with me because I have a lot of opinions. And I've been able to loosen some of them, but there are others that are really hard baked. And I think that being able to make the switch to “Is this right or wrong?” to “What's my intention here?” And I think the socio, sort of political context is the place where my opinions tend to be more hard along the right and wrong line. So I think about well, what's my intention? You know. And my intention is to be loving, and to want everybody to be their best self, and everybody to be able to respond to their inner being, and for us to all be able to be the best we can be together because we're each being ourselves. So the switch to intentions really helped me, and thank you. I appreciate that.

A: There are a couple of directions that we want to focus with you here. You said a lot of important things. Let's start with your enjoyment of realizing that often, not always, but often, not always, but most often, when you are offering an opinion about something, you are placing your opinion against another opinion. And so your opinion often is causing you, or in the opinion, you are pushing against something.

And we were talking to Esther about it… If instead of opinionating - probably not even a word - instead of offering an opinion, if you would think instead, what is my intention? you will feel a relief.

Now, let's dovetail this in to what we're getting at here today with these new leading edge questions that are all fitting together into something that will serve you very well as you understand what we are getting at here.

So, whether you are offering an opinion, and let's say an opinion in which you are focused against something - I don't like that, I want them to stop doing that, that is a bad thing that is happening.

Rather than doing that, realizing that you have an intention, you have a preference.?What I prefer is, what I intend is. Now, in that redirecting of your focus you are matching marbles with your inner being or not. In your opinion of pushing against your inner being is not joining in on this conversation. In your intention of what you intend or prefer your inner being is.

And so again, let's go back. All three of these beginning questions are helping us to clarify something that can really serve you. If you think of yourself as an extension of this Source energy, interested Source energy, Source energy who intended to be here in your physical apparatus, having the personality that you have, living the life experience that you're having.

In other words, you are focused into this life experience. Non-physical energy focused into the being that is you. And the more you are choosing to be an extension, a focused extension, a good feeling, uplifting, pure positive energy, looking forward to person in the moment, the more clarity you'll have, the more energy you'll have, the more joy you'll have. The more of all things that you've been asking for, you will allow yourself to receive. Can you see how this is fitting together?

Let's slow it down here a bit. We really want you to get this. What you focus upon activates a point of attraction. And how you feel is how matched you are to the point of attraction that your inner being is holding on your behalf, or not. Focus is the way you summon.

In the early days, we talked about this connection between you and your inner being, being like a valve. And we would say, open the valve and let it flow. Well the way you open that valve and let it flow is by choosing those objects of attention from the - and you offered the word just now - the way you are perceiving. The way you are perceiving.

Are you perceiving this moment in time, are you looking at whatever you're looking at through the perception of Source? Or have you calibrated to humans in some way where you've pinched yourself off from these resources?

This is such an important conversation. We've said, and you've said all of these meaningful things before. But never with the clarity that your continuing questions here are bringing us to.

You get to choose what you give your attention to. When you choose that you want to feel good while you are giving your attention to something, that helps you discern whether you're in sync, in alignment, a match to your resources, or whether you are a match to something else that is not your resources.

Pretty good, pretty good conversation.

Q: Let’s take it to Mother Earth a little bit here. With Mother Earth, you look around and you see some things that you’d like to have done different. Say for example radiation that we can’t seem to dispose of or chemical waste. That goes along with that, we can focus, and there could be a way to neutralize that, or…??

A: Well, you have to take a broader view when you look at your planet. First, we would like to say to you that your planet, like you, is a being, is an Energy being, made up of components like your physical body (different from your physical body, but like your physical body) that are all attracting Energy from Source. And so your Earth is a being that is constantly expanding and growing and changing, just like you do. And that expansion is the reason behind so much of what you call Earth changes, and that sort of thing. ??
?
So, when you take a broader view and you look at the longevity of this Earth, you understand that there is a recycling plan in place that you are not here long enough to get a full view of. In other words, what you are pumping from the ground and putting into your automobiles to use as fuel are past civilizations. In other words, it’s recycling at its finest. ??
?
And so we’re wanting you to understand that this is a long term experience here, this planet. And you are not at risk in the way that you sometimes feel that you are when you look at a pocket of something and use it as your reason to not feel good. In other words, it would be like taking your first trip to some wonderful place, like Paris, and you get off the airplane and you get in the cab, and you are taken to your hotel, and you step out and the sewer has overflowed. And you step into it and you say “So, this is Paris!” (Fun) And then you just get back in the cab and get back on the airplane and go back home because you saw all you wanted to see. And others with a broader view would say “Stick around for a little while. There’s a lot more here to see.” ??
?
And so what happens so often is (and it is an experience as a result of exposure to your contrasting environment) humans very often look at what’s wrong and then stay focused there. And since there’s a war on drugs, and there’s a war against poverty, and a war against AIDS, and a war against teenage pregnancy, and now a war against terrorism, they seem to believe that if they could just push hard enough against this thing that they do not want that they could obliterate it and make it go away, when what happens is whenever you are giving your attention to something, you’re activating it within you. And so, instead of it going away, it becomes bigger. You add your power to it, and it becomes more a part of your experience - it becomes more a part of the overall experience - and it comes more personally unto you. ??
?
And so that’s why we want you to step back a little bit and acknowledge that the reason that you feel that horrible negative emotion when you focus upon some aspect of your planet that you’re worried about is not because there’s something to worry about, it’s because as you take the worst of things and activate them in your vibration, you’re not allowing your connection with your Inner Being and with your God Source, who is not looking at the worst of things, but looking at the best of things. We promise you, it is not the looking at the worst of things that makes things improve, it’s looking at the best of things. You don’t have to wait for anybody else to figure out how to come into alignment.?
?
And if we were standing in your physical shoes, we would not worry about this planet. It was set into motion from Broader Perspective. There are billions of you having experiences that are causing rockets of desires. And not just humans - humans are not the only ones who are having experiences who are radiating rockets of desires, all of the beasts of your planet, all of the plants of your planet, everything is having its perceptual experience and it is selfishly asking for what would be better for it. And Source is hearing all of that and providing it.?

And so, certainly there are pockets everywhere - there are pockets called people and there are pockets called regions where people are so focused upon what is not wanted, that they are holding themselves apart from the wellbeing that is possible. But wellbeing is the order of this planet. You have your news media that goes all around the world, scours the planet for bad things, amplifies them, puts music behind them, and then brings them right to you in a disproportionate manner, which gives you the impression that there’s so much that is going so wrong. The reality of it is that there is so much that is going so well, and so little that is going wrong. ??
?
As you decide that you’re going to feel good, you’ll start finding yourself more and more in vibrational alignment with wellbeing, and your planet will reveal itself to you in its very best state of being; as you move about, things will be at their best. Cool breezes will blow through for you. Seas will part for you. Traffic will part for you. The weather will acclimate to you.?

Q: Hi Abraham and community. Greetings from San Diego. I love what our friend said last broadcast, Universe of one. There are so many times when I’m out living life that the way an orchestration of events happen for the universe to satisfy one of my desires, it just blows my mind. Yesterday, I had one of those. So I play a numbers game with the universe. One of them being, it has to do with my birthday, 7/13, July 13th. So I like to see how 713 can show up, or any combination of those three numbers. So yesterday, I'm driving down the street at 7:31. And as I'm approaching the car in front of me, the light is red, I noticed in its license plate it has 317. And then I look at the car that's parked just to the right of me, and in its license plate it has 173. So for all those things to come together in that moment to satisfy this little game… I believe the person in front of me has a life, but it almost feels like they're just a prop in my play. So it blows my mind every time. Can you comment on that? Thank you.

A: Well, what a wonderful observation and what a good discussion for us to have right now. Our favorite phrase that you offered just now was, I believe that that guy in that car with that license plate has a life, but here he is playing with me. And that lets us use the phrase cooperative component.

You see, that's what the law of attraction is all about. It's about cooperative components. So anything that's active in your vibration, the law of attraction can bring it to you.

This moment in time, 7:31 was the time that it happened, and then all of those combinations of those three numbers happening for you.

When Esther notices something like that, we playfully say to her, it's child's play.?The capacity that the universe has, that the law of attraction has, that you have the capacity to be aware of… Your awareness is the key factor in this conversation that we are enjoying with you.?Your awareness of it, your expectation of it. You set yourself up. You freely chose to focus upon those numbers. And the universe showed you how it can cause you to uniquely rendezvous. You were already lighted up. And then all of those things that matched what you were lighted up to could happen in your experience.

We like it when you set intentions, and we like it… It's the reason that we've been encouraging the pointing game. Esther has a lot of fun with the pointing game. She made a sort of computer program. And in these fields she put an arrow that's pointing. And then she can just tab from one to the next, to the next, to the next, to the next, to the next, to the next. And she can just go on for a long period of time. I'm pointing at that. I'm pointing at that. I'm pointing at that. I'm pointing at that. And sometimes she stays on a subject. And sometimes she's all over the place.?But the continuity is about the vibrational frequency that she has discovered.

And so, there is so much good feeling in the pointing game. The more you point at what you want, and the more you practice the vibration of what you're pointing at, which is something that you want, the more you activate your point of attraction, your bag of marbles, so to speak. So that the law of attraction can do its fantastic work of precision in showing you how precisely it can satisfy you in multiple ways at the same time.

And as you play the games more and more and more, your capacity to perceive more and more matches, more and more cooperative components, expands.

And in all of this, our favorite part of you getting good at this is that your realization that you are seen, your realization that you are worthy, your realization that you are blessed, happens. Really good discussion.

Abe Now, 8/17/24, part 2, 41:50 – Non-physical assistance

Q: Hi Abraham. So I was at the gym this morning, and I was working on the balance beam. And it seemed like I had to step off after every step. And then I remember Abraham, you telling a story that one time Esther had to lift a heavy suitcase into her trunk of car after Jerry transitioned. And Esther said to Jerry, “hey, give me a hand,” or “can you give me a hand?” So at that moment when I was on the balance beam, I had this smile on my face. I remembered that story. And I remembered Jerry being a circus performer. So I said in my head, “hey Jerry, can you give me a hand?” And then I made it halfway across the balance beam without having to step down. So my question is, how can I reconnect more with the non-physical and ask for their assistance and their hand? Thank you.

A: What Esther is noticing, and we want you to hear this. You weren't helped with someone physically taking hold of you and balancing you on the beam. And Esther's not being helped by someone actually physically lifting part of the weight of the suitcase into the back of the car.

Or another thing that Esther frequently asks Jerry for help on is… ?She has a big wardrobe bag, a piece of luggage. And when it folds over, the zipper is very hard to get past that folded crack. And when Jerry was in the room with her, and they were packing together, Jerry could tug on it that way, and Esther would tug on it that way, and it would make that kink go away so that she could zip it easily.

Well now what am I going to do? Jerry's not in the room to tug on it. And then Esther thought about what she knew about Jerry. And the thing that he demonstrated so often was not about physical strength as much as it was leverage, or alignment, or the way he would approach something.

So then she began realizing that what she was asking him for was the focus, or you might say the idea, or you might say the confidence, or you might say the emotional balance or the vibrational balance, not the physical assistance. You see what we're getting at?

Non-physical energy is thought energy. And the thought energy translates in to the physical strength. But you are the translator of it.

In other words, the mother who could not lift a heavy piece of furniture until her child is beneath it - you used the word motivate - till her child is under it.

Esther remembers her little sister Becky. Becky was really little and she used to… There was a chifforobe, they called it. It was a tall piece of furniture - tall to the kids when they were little. And Becky would open the drawers and use the drawers as steps so that she could climb up to get things off the top of the dresser. And one day, it tipped over on her. And Esther heard the crash, and came to the room and only saw this much of Becky peeking out from under this piece of furniture. And Esther and her sister were able to lift the piece of furniture off of Becky because it mattered so much. Far more weight than they ordinarily would be able to lift.

So what are we saying with all of this? It's about knowing. It's about believing. It's about harnessing strength that you don't even know you have.

Your capacity to think is far greater than you know. And your capacity to lift is far greater than you know. And your capacity to balance is far greater than you know.

And so asking non-physical for assistance, of course it is a good idea. Your inner being is always there to help you. But don't use this assistance to say I'm too weak, I need your help. Reach for this assistance in an attitude of I know how to align with the greater capacity of myself to figure anything out, to accomplish anything I desire. Yes?

Pleasure and Pain, Earthquakes Quotes from 8/17/24

Abe Now, 8/17/24, part 1, 4:45 - Pleasure

Q: Hi Abraham. I was watching a video recently on pleasure. And it was talking about how pleasure is actually a pretty elusive thing, because you can't really pin it down to like one chemical. You know, there's like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, but none of those one thing, those chemicals actually make pleasure. And then I started realizing that pleasure is such a broad tapestry. And I started making a list here of all the things that can cause pleasure. Like sunlight streaming through a window, and playing a really fun game, and the satisfaction after a nice workout, and the joy after an Abraham gathering and during an Abraham gathering, and the pleasure of a good meal. And I just started going on and on, and I wrote this list, and it was so effortless to write. And the more I wrote, the better I felt. But can you talk more about this broad tapestry of pleasure? I would love to hear it from you.

A: We enjoyed everything that you said. The tapestry word, that's a really good description, isn't it? We want to say to you that everything is relative. In other words, your next pleasure is really relative or related to your current pleasure and so on.

So, let's think about pleasure - anything, really - but let's talk about this that you are highlighting.?The pleasure that you are wanting to be steady and increasing is perceptual, isn't it? It's where are you when you are perceiving whatever you are perceiving?

Now, if you really want to cut right to the heart of what causes a pleasurable moment, no matter what it is you’re focused upon, whether you're focused upon something in nature, something that your skin is feeling, or that your tongue is tasting. Or that your eyes are seeing, or that your ears are hearing. Or that your nose is smelling.

In other words, so much of that pleasure comes through those physical senses. Also through your solar plexus. The pleasure of love or the pleasure of exhilaration. Or the pleasure of satisfaction. You called a lot of this out.

So, all of that, if we get right to the heart of it, if you’re really wanting to amplify pleasure, you're wanting to be as close in proximity to your inner being - who is having the experience with you - as possible.?In other words, your optimum pleasure is when you are tuned in, tapped in, turned on.?So that you and your inner being… The bag of marbles that represents your point of attraction and the bag of marbles… We know. We'll talk more about the marbles as we move forward. If you haven't heard us talking about them.

But what you've got going on vibrationally and what your inner being has going on vibrationally, when those match, then your pleasure is at a higher pitch.

There's no pleasure in guilt. But there is relief when you let go of it. But you're not talking about simply or merely the relief of stepping from the harsh, penetrating, unpleasant, parched, desert-like sunlight into the shade. You're not just talking about relief.

You're talking about pleasure. You're talking about alignment. So whatever you are focused upon has potential of giving you pleasure. And the momentum of that pleasure has to do with how consistently you are staying in alignment with your inner being.

We really like this discussion.

Abe Now, 8/17/24, part 1, 8:50 – Pain

Q: Hi Abraham. In the last session you talked with a woman who had obvious pain, and I appreciated your response to her so much. I've also heard you say that sometimes we just need to find the easiest existing match to feeling good, especially when we haven't manifested something that we really want. And I've had significant back pain the last couple years and haven't found a way to alleviate that. And wondering, would you speak a little bit more to that strategy of the easy existing match for something like back pain, that isn't related to back pain? And how we can move forward, and how much intent plays in that whole situation. Thanks Abraham.

A: Well your wonderful question… We've talked about pain many times. Your wonderful question ties in with the previous conversation that we were having about pleasure. The last sentence or two you spoke is where that ties together. So hang in here with us and let's have a discussion about all of this.

Many people are experiencing some kind of physical pain. And varying degrees of it. Sometimes something not very serious can keep you from sleeping, even. And so, mostly, mostly, moving from pain to something less is more like the relief part of it. In other words, if I can just focus differently than I am focused. Or if I can just position myself differently. If I can take the weight off of this knee that hurts. Or put some gel soles in my shoes to give my feet a little comfort. There are a lot of things that you can do to give yourself more comfort or more relief.

And we encourage all those things. Anything that you can do that helps with that puts you in a better position for the momentum to gather. For the momentum to happen. For your alignment to pick up some speed so to speak.

What you were getting at the end of your video is what takes it from relief into actual pleasure. And we would like to suggest to you that you can go from true discomfort into pleasure. It is possible. Doesn't seem logical. Because discomfort is so uncomfortable, and on the lackful end of the stick, lacking comfort, or lacking pleasure.

But it is about focus, isn't it? We've said to people, many times in these broadcasts, that it is possible for you to be experiencing pain while you are focusing on something that is satisfying, or even that could give you pleasure. But you have to be able to
categorize. You have to be able to segment intend. You have to be able to focus on something because you intend to focus on it.

It really comes down to focus. And down to this powerful statement. If you're focusing on something that gives you pleasure, you cannot at the same time be focusing upon something that gives you pain.

Well Abraham, what if the pain is steady and always there? Here's what we want you to hear.

Oh! Friends, if pleasure is perceptual, then so is pain.

It's just that the pain sometimes feels so dominant, it takes over. But that's because you haven't practiced the pleasure factor, so that is what is taking over. We know it's a lot to chew on. Play with it a little bit.

When you are feeling your least pain, is a time to practice focusing for the sake of pleasure.

And when you're in the throes of discomfort, these words are really irritating, we know.

Anything less than the tapestry of pleasure is annoying you during these conversations from these two beginning videos.

We just want you to know, you?can?do it. Many of you?are?doing it.

Abe Now, 8/17/24, part 1, 19:48 – Earthquake

Q: Hi Abraham. My question is about the earthquake. Is there a correlation between the earthquake intensity and collective consciousness? Or the earthquake magnitude scale has nothing to do with our collective consciousness, our energies, our vibrations. So we don't have to feel responsible for that. If that is so, all we have to do is accept the fact that this planet is a living being constantly finding its balance. And align with well-being so that we will be inspired to be at the right place at the right time. Can we make the earthquake itself smaller by changing our vibrations or collective consciousness or our energies, feelings? Thank you.

A: This is a really big, really important, really good question. So, everything you said was absolutely vibrationally accurate, every word of it. When you answered your own question, that's the answer that we want to give you. So we're happy that you know that.

But we do want to clarify some things. And your question leads us into a conversation that we really want to have with you. And one that is becoming more and more apparent to Esther every day that she is living in this body and in this physical world.

Esther has said to us lately, Abraham in the beginning, as I'm co-creating with other people, I really thought that the more in alignment that I would become, the more I understand the creative process, then the more power of influence that I would have, so that I could influence others. So that I could influence others.

But there is something that we want you to hear. There's a difference between influencing others to their alignment and to their point of attraction, and influencing them to do what you think you would like them to do, so that you will feel better.

Think about that differentiation just for a little bit. Because you're not here to influence others to please you.?Because you have the ability to accomplish a point of attraction that will be pleasing to you.

Big things to hear. And these Masters that are taking place in this platform, you're ready to hear it. While much of the world can't quite hear that. They want to live a conditional life. They want conditions to be just the way they want them to be so that they can have a positive response to the condition.

Where what we're teaching you is that you can create the conditions by focusing upon the things that cause you to be a vibrational match to the conditions that you would like to live.

Subtle differences, but big time differences. We hope that you will listen to that statement again and again until it registers with you on deep levels of your being. You're ready to really know that and hear that.

So now, getting back to the important question, the specifics that you asked about the earthquake. See how you said, the Earth is a living being. Yes it is. And it is finding its balance, and that's what the earthquakes are all about. It's about the redistribution of the weight and balance as this massive sphere spins in its orbit in perfect proximity to the other planets, to the gravitational pull of everything that is in this universe that it is responsive to. Keeping its balance, and you can trust that it is.

So when you said, is it more about us being in the right place at the right time? Yes, is the answer to that. However, in the same way that you can focus with a friend, someone that you care about in your physical environment, and you can hold them in a positive reference, because you have been practicing looking for easy existing matches in them…?Then you are more likely - law of attraction says so - to rendezvous with those aspects that you are keeping the most active, with those aspects that have the most momentum within you.

So, the relationship that you have with anyone can be affected by the deliberate work you do at focusing upon the aspects that you want to participate in, with whoever or whatever it is.

So now let's think about the collective consciousness of your planet. If you are collectively loving your planet, then you are collectively more likely as a whole human entity, mass consciousness of entities, to experience those things. You do collectively affect weather patterns. You do collectively affect all things that are Earth related. You do.

We wouldn't try too hard to influence collective consciousness, because everyone gets to choose what they focus upon. And it's not necessary for you to do that in order to live happily ever after.

And this is the most significant thing that we want to say to you.?You all have inner beings, who hear the desires that you launch.?Often from your places of not being in alignment with what you want, but being in alignment with what you don't want. That's when you most often, most clearly, ask for what you do want.

And your inner beings are focused upon your planet. Your inner beings have this. This is not something for you to worry about. It is something for you to appreciate, however.

Since the Amsterdam workshop, I've noticed that Abraham keeps reinforcing everything I think and feel about, with daily quotes or I will listen to Abraham on YouTube and boom, there it is. It is as if Abraham is aware of me every single minute of my day, and that's how it feels, really. Also, is it okay for me to be this selfish, meaning really caring about the way I feel and seeing the world through the eyes of source, in a world that feels like it's quite mad? Thank you.

A: It's not only all right for you to be calibrating to the perspective of your true self, it's the only thing that ever really works for you. It’s the only thing that helps you to sustain living happily ever after. And it's helpful to understand that everybody has self-interest. And if we can help you to realize that your true self-interest is being one who loves, being one who thrives, being one who is ongoing, being one who is…

You said something in your very opening words that is just perfect to this conversation and really perfect to your living happily ever after. You said, “I'm getting good at my beliefs and expectations being in the same place.”

Now, think about the power of what you said.

Esther believed that she could get the screen like this from the other place, and get it over here. She believed it was possible. But her expectation was that it was going to be difficult, and take time that she really didn't have. So, she had a negative expectation. A belief. It's possible to believe that you can do something but expect it to be difficult. So what you want the expectation… Let's start again.

A belief is a thought that you continue to think. Your beliefs are what your point of attraction is mostly about. A belief that you've practiced, really practiced, becomes an expectation. So, thoughts that you think often become beliefs. And beliefs that you focus upon often become expectations.

The question is, is it an expectation that feels good when I focus or an expectation that does not feel good?

When you believe something, and that belief evolves into an expectation that feels wonderful, it's going to deliver to you so many wonderful moments.

Now consider this. We've not said this to you before.

We want you to focus on your vortex. Your vortex is this vibrational reality. And it's been vetted by you. In other words, you created it by sifting and sorting, knowing what you don't want. And when you launch that rocket of desire, whether you use words or not, when you know that you don't want something, what you do want is known by your inner being. And the fact that your inner being was aware of you giving birth to it, your inner being fixates on it never-endedly.

When you say, it feels like we know you… We represent your inner being and we do know you. We know the vortex version of you. We know the vortex version of you. We never look at the part of you that is expecting other than what you've put into your vortex.

Your vortex is a vibrational reality where there is clear expectation of all of the wanted pieces that you have lived and launched there. What a nice way to look at that.

Your inner being expects you to live happily ever after. Your inner being expects you to be abundant in all of the ways that you are choosing. Your inner being expects you to feel good in your body. Your inner being expects you to continue to find new things to want. Your inner being knows that you will never be stagnant and bored. Your inner being expects you, expects your life to continue to deliver to you enough variety to produce new ideas of desire. And your inner being expects you to use your guidance system in order to focus yourself into clarity without resistance about the things that you want. And your inner being expects you to be able to be or do or have anything that this life has helped you to identify that you want. Big or little. Broad or narrow. Close up or far away.

Q: Hi Abraham and Esther and everyone. Thank you so much for these broadcasts, and the whole thing. I have created a spinal manifestation. You know, over the years, and it disrupts my daily life with pain, despite that I meditate every day, and I appreciate, and I focus on the good feeling body that I want, as much as I can.

I've gotten to a point where if I don't do major reconstructive surgery, I risk permanent damage. And I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if this is the path of least resistance that my inner being is showing me, or if I'm taking score too soon.

You know, so any input or advice you could give I'd really appreciate. I want to do what's best. Thank you so much. I love you a lot. Bye.

A: Well this we want you to hear clearly and powerfully from us. You don't need to hurt like that. You don't need to hurt like that. We can hear it in your voice. You're almost gasping for some relief.

So we're going to say some strong things to you. Major reconstructive surgery may very well be your path of least resistance.

There's more resistance in the word major than you really need to put there. And there's more resistance in the word reconstructive. You could use words like, helpful, reparative process. Helpful, knowledgeable, proven technique to give me relief. We would work for some less resistant feelings about it.

If we were standing in your physical shoes, we would move toward that surgery because it is the path of least resistance for you. But we would not step into it until we had soothed ourself with softer words about it.

It's not always our advice. And it's not wrong. You said, I've gotten myself into a situation where I've created… I've created a situation where now here I am. And it's all right where you are. That's the most important thing. It’s all right where you are. We just don't want you to hurt. You just don't need to hurt.

Abe Now, 8/3/24, part 2, 44:07 – Blind Girl

Q: Hi Abraham and fellow fun lovers. The blind girl is back. So just checking in to say, it feels so good! It feels good to feel good. And I am playing golf. Yes, the blind girl is playing golf, and competing. Something I just didn't think I could even conceive of a year ago.

But talk about calibration and applying the things you're teaching us. So it's making me consider the whole thing about vibration and movement in a different perspective. Of course, I've had a strong desire to see again. Now I'm wondering how relevant is this? And how far can I take this vibration of movement?

I just feel like things are expanding on a completely different level than if I'd had sight. So I'm just curious there in channeling source vibration…

A: We like this conversation so much. So let's put these two words together. Seeing and perceiving.

Most humans use five physical senses to perceive their physical environment. And it is a very known thing that if one of your five senses is not operating in the way that most humans think they want it to, that your other senses become more acute, more pointed, more receptive, more perceptive. And so, you can guide yourself with far fewer senses than you think.

You could tune in to the knowledge of your inner being and move about through the eyes of source. That is truly what perception is.

We're talking to everyone now for just a moment.

When you are asleep and you have a dream… Esther had a beautiful dream last night. Several people she knows were in it. And they were having such a good time together. And her dream was set into motion based upon the game of existing matches, easy existing matches, that she'd been playing before she slept.

And in her dream, it was vivid technicolor. And her eyes were closed. There was nothing about what her actual eyes were interpreting that allowed her to perceive these people, their faces.

In fact, just about every physical sense that she's ever experienced was present in this dream. Even though she wasn't actually touching anyone, or tasting anyone, or smelling anyone, or hearing anyone, or seeing anyone. But she was perceiving them fully, translated them in to that experience.

And so, that's what you are all about. It's about perceiving. We want you all to want to perceive through the perception of source.

So, we're really all right with you not using any of your physical senses. Because the strongest perception that you have when you are perceiving through the experience of source is something that you don't, it's not seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching at all. It's feeling. It’s emotional. It’s love. It’s love, interest, awareness. It’s happy. It’s exhilaration. It's euphoria.

It's relational, isn't it? It’s more and less. It's less and more. It’s general and specific. It’s vivid and pale. It's bright and it's dim. In other words, it's about contrast. Everything is about contrast. It's like, love and hate. It's like, ease and difficult effort. You're honing this. Perceiving this.

We think it's wonderful to utilize your physical senses. We think that most people would see that as a true advantage. And we think it's a wonderful thing that you are seeking sight. We know that you will like that, when that ability to translate through your eyes happens.

But we are far more excited about what a perceptive being you are. And what a joyful being you are. There are a whole lot of people that are seeing a whole lot of things, that aren’t even close to alignment, like you are.

So what it comes down to is there's no right and wrong way to live. You get to choose it all. As you did. As you are. And you get to change your mind. You get to path of least resistance it until you path of most allowance it.

You get to like it pretty good until it's not enough. And then you open another loop, and you feel a new lease on life. And then you close that loop and open another, and close that loop and open another. And if you're really having a good time, you're opening so many loops, you're opening them faster than you can close them. You're opening them and opening them and opening them.

And you're so full of yourself in your love of life that the manifestation part is not the most important part. Because you've got this energy that creates worlds flowing through you, and you’re an emotional being living in a manifestational world, and you're loving every part of every part of every part of it.

Lots of words there. None of them could have happened if it had not been for our… What were your opening words?

This joyful blind girl. This effervescent blind girl. This feeling no lack about anything blind girl.

Esther loved the beautiful tattooed green-haired girl before that. In other words, Esther loved feasting her eyes. You didn’t get to see the video before yours. You got to hear it. You got to feel it. You got to perceive it. You got to understand it. But you didn't get to see that beautiful green hair or those magnificent tattoos.

Maybe you want to see some of that. If you do, we'd go for it.

Abe Now, 8/3/24, part 2, 56:00 – Well being abounds (closing)

Q: Hi Abraham and everyone. I wanted to know what Abraham's perspective, non-physical perspective is on chronicling and preserving things that seem important and beautiful. I kept a journal when I was young. I'm a writer. Or I'll pass a meadow with an incredible array of flowers in a remote on a mountain that no one else is going to see, or almost no one will see but me. When my mom died as well, I thought about her lifetime and all the stories she told me. And then history just keeps moving forward. And I know you say that everything's getting better. But how does non-physical see these beautiful things that are kind of in a sense lost to time? Thank you.

A: Well, they are not lost because the potential of them being active is always there.

You know, that we are not strong advocates at all of looking back and activating things. And so that's a little bit of the essence of your question. These things that you are curating, these things that you are gathering, these things that you remember, or that you've photographed, or written about, or even that you're gathering to you and taking with you from place to place.

They are beneficial in a different way. It's different than what you may be thinking about.?Everything that you've ever taken pleasure in is in your vortex as a sort of touchstone for you to rendezvous with.

So we're going to say this very clearly to you. Anything that you have appreciated before is still benefiting you now because there is still momentum. Appreciation has a never-ending momentum. How about that?

So, when you walk through a countryside and you appreciate its beauty, even if you never return there again, because you focused in that way, in appreciation, that appreciation that remains as momentum in your vibration is conducive to your next point of attraction, and your next, and your next, and your next. We're talking about the continuity of life.


Now, we want to take this to a new and very strong place, starting with this phrase:

Well-being is what abounds. Well-being is what is dominant. Well-being, meaning prosperity, abundance of all nature. Well-being of your physical apparatus. Well-being of your planet. That is what abounds. It is far and away so dominant.

Now it wouldn't be as sharply focused as it is if there were not contrast that caused you to ask for more. Just speaking about your vortex, which is the vibrational reality that you have created, that is now calling the cooperative components forward into it. It exists because of exactly what you were talking about.

Your vortices exist because in a now that is now past, and another now that is now past, and another now that is now past, you were focused. And as you launched those rockets of desire, they are what eternal life is all about.

That's why less than that is really a flawed premise. And yet, the less than that propels the next and the next and the next forward.

So when we ask you to accept it all as valuable, but to put your emphasis and your focus upon the parts of what you've perceived that feel best to you. What feels the best? What tastes the best? What smells the best?

In other words, your now and what you're doing with it is what is creating the future that you will step into. So these loops are endless. Your existence is eternal.

The question, the only question that is really on the table here today or ever is:

Are you happy? As you continue to be.


Once you re-emerge into non-physical, you will leave all doubt and worry and fussin’ behind you. You won't be looking for trouble anymore. You won't be finding it either.

But you said, I want to be part of the perpetuation of the more. So I'm going to express myself, focus myself into an environment where the contrast is existing, in fact strong - you knew it would be - so that I can launch rockets for future generations, and for this generation to find the deliciousness of focusing upon.

It is not a large percentage of the population who appreciates on a moment-to-moment basis. But you are the reason for life as it moves forward.

Most of the human population is pushing against stuff. And they are the reason for the contrast that causes those like you to reach for more. So, can we just say that we are all in this together? And that everyone is of value. And whether you stand right now in discomfort or comfort, in clarity or confusion, that you are of value. And that you are loved by source.

Can we coax you, or call you, or even tease you a little bit into trying to find that feeling of worthiness and deservability that non-physical feels for you, as we are calling you into the satisfaction that you deserve?

There has never been a more powerful conversation ever in all of the universe, than the one that we've experienced together today.

Feel your part in it. Your important part in it. And revel in the becoming that we are all about, in the eternal never-ending becoming that we are all about. But don't focus on what you're becoming. Focus upon how you feel now.

I feel enlivened. I feel happy. I feel eager. Satisfied with what is and eager for more. That's me.

There is great love here for you. There always will be great love here for you. If you missed it today, it's not going anywhere. You can feel for it at any time. It'll always be there to meet you. Just get in the vicinity of it.

my entrance into metaphysical healing was an instant healing of a knee problem in me?

of connective tissue which had ripped while on the track team

it took me awhile to build up my faith in Science of Mind that it could help me

and a very wonderful practitioner did their thing and over 15 minutes I felt filled with the love of God

and at the end of that 15 minutes of deep peace, I no longer needed a knee operation

and that was 30 years ago, and not a twinge since from that knee

I try to imagine how it would feel to have this optimal functioning, what I would do. And also to find easy existing matches. But there I struggle to find these matches and I would like your help. I thank you very much.

A: One of the things that makes things like that, regarding your physical body, a bit more difficult than some other things, is that your body is always with you, and your awareness of your body is quite intense.

And something like, something that hurts, physical pain, or something that slows you down, like something that's important to your mobility… We understand how your life experience can continue to perpetuate a belief. Also going to doctors who have not had experience with people getting outside of what they're living and intending in a more powerful way.

In other words, we're talking about making your intention or your desire more active than your belief. That's really what we're talking about. And so, finding a way to intend, rather than notice is really what has to happen.

Now, you could be sitting, not asking anything of your body, of your knee, and feeling physical comfort, and you could be focused upon other things that are working. In other words, anytime that you are feeling good, you are allowing that resonance. Anytime that you are not in resistance, your body is regenerating.

So you don't have to be on the subject of a physical body in order to do well for it. But that's why as you may have heard in our earlier conversation with our friend about his cold sore, stress, anything related to your physical discomfort or ailment or not, prevents the energy from flowing in a way that gives you the improvement.

So, soothing is solving. Anything that you can do to soothe.

Q: Hi, everyone. Aren’t these like the best times to be alive and to know what we know? I’m enjoying it. I'm really enjoying it. So yeah. These are the things that I've decided:

I've decided to be sensitive to the way I feel.

I've decided to intentionally connect with my inner being before anything that I want can come to me.

I've decided to make contrast my friend and resistance my guiding light that lets me know in the moment that I could use some soothing.

I've decided to make a career of being a deliberate creator, which I'm enjoying.

And I also decided to feel no longer responsible for how anybody else feels.

And all these manifestations that I've been rendez-vous-ing with keep reassuring me that I've made the right decision. And Abraham, you've been in all of them. And so, just for the fun of it, am I a part of the same energy that you guys are coming from? That would be nice to know.

A: Before we come to your important last question, we want to talk about that wonderful list of intentions that you described there. It really is the best articulation of intention that we've heard from any of you. What a list of things that are important to you.

And the thing that we like most about it is that as you spoke that list, there was not any evidence of any resistance in the frequency that is you. That is what tuned in/ tapped in/turned on is about.

And think about what you witnessed there, if you are observing it, and what you demonstrated there, if you are the maker of that video. Think of it in terms of what we've been talking about in these hours that we've been together today. How as something happens that you are observing and believing, how that stronger intention has you easily making a statement of intent. So that you're keeping your intent dominant.?So that you are joining your bag of marbles with your inner being’s bag of marbles.

We want to emphasize what that means. We've been saying to you all for a long time that one who is connected to the stream, or in alignment with your Source energy, is more powerful, more empowered, than millions of you who are not.

In other words, that leverage, utilizing the energy that creates worlds in its purest form, and focusing it in the direction of your intentions, that's what Mastery is. That's really what deliberate creation is.

In your physicality, you've pointed out over the centuries and millenniums that you've been present upon this planet, you've noticed those who have walked among you who have stood out from you in their Mastery of something that you didn't understand. Sometimes you've called them magic, sometimes you've called them evil, sometimes you've called them witches, because they have a power that is beyond what most people seem to have.

When you understand how this universe works, when you understand this stream of energy, when you understand that there is no going back, that there is only moving forward. There is no regression. When you understand that you in your physical form are an extension of that non-physical energy, that the non-physical you intended, a part of your intention to be here, but that the majority of that which is you remained non-physically focused. When you get the duality of the non-physical you, resistance free, and the physical you, with some resistance.

The physical you sifting and sorting and coming to your personal preferences, or intentions, or conclusions about how life would be better for you and for others around you.

As life causes you to sift and sort through the data of life and find those clarifications, and send off those rockets of desire. And then as you consciously, through this work, and other work - religion is a part of this too - come to recognize that you are more in this physical body, more?than?this physical body, and more in this physical body, than most humans understand. That you are non-physical in consciousness, that you are non-physical energy, focused in a physical body, and that you have access to this energy, to this focus, to this understanding, to this knowing, to this beingness. But that you in your physical form must focus yourself there.

You come to remember that you came with great intent, knowing that you would be the sifter, and therefore, the decipherer of the new. That you would find the new nuggets because you understand that you are eternal. That all of us are eternal. And that in this eternal life that we are living, there must always be a new asking for there to be a new answering. And then another new asking for there to be another new answering.

And so, what we heard from you just now was your complete understanding of all of that. And your now decision to point in the direction of what you are deciding that you intend. You have decided to access this energy that creates worlds, and to be a master here in your own physical experience. To demonstrate for others, since words don't teach, that you can be or do or have anything that you choose. It's a wonderful thing to come consciously into that knowing.

And to those of you, there were many of you… We read this question. Uh, one of the earlier things that we said today… This person said, “I hear new listeners say that their lives have completely changed in a few months.”

Don't compare yourself to what anybody else is doing. As you listen to this empowered girl who's figured it out. As she's been listening for a while, and trying this and trying that.

Just care about how you feel. You want to feel good. Step into relief as much as you can. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. You know who receives the benefit when you give others the benefit of the doubt? You do.

Reach for thoughts that feel good. Feel as good as you can feel now. Look for easy, existing matches. Don't beat the drum of things that don't feel good. And watch your critical nature begin to become a nature of appreciation.

Watch that edgy, snarky, sarcastic, pushing against self become more positively expectant of others. Watch your criticism or ridicule turn to compliments and appreciation. Watch yourself be the attractor of more and more good feeling relationships because you are a deliberate focuser of better and better and better feeling thoughts. Watch what's up close to you improve because of your attention on it. And watch what's not so close, but out at a distance, watch it improve too because of your attention upon it.

It's exhilarating to get control of your ability to create. Feel yourself understanding the difference between motivating yourself to action to fix things, and finding alignment and feeling the inspiration to offer action. So the action is pleasurable.

Focus upon the strongest theme of what we are teaching here, which is the turning of thoughts to things with your focused mind. The path of least resistance, or vibrations turning to thoughts, turning to words, turning to behavior or action.

Feel your empowerment as you notice your involvement in the situations of your own life, improve in your own life. And your loving attention upon others, helping them as well.

Be the physical being that you were born to be. But not one of you said, I'll go forth into physical, and I will figure out how to fix a broken world. Or a broken team. Because you knew it wasn't broken. And that you weren't coming to fix things. But you knew it wasn't finished either. And that it would become more.

You knew that you would be in an environment where you would be stimulated or inspired to new intentions. And you knew that if this physical environment could inspire you to something more or something new, you knew before you came into this body, that if once here, you were inspired to more, that this environment could deliver it to you completely. In all its full, delicious, see it/ hear it/ smell it/ taste it/ touch it manifestation.

And you said, “I am really eager to participate. I'm eager to see what is, and I'm eager to ask for it to be more. And I'm eager to realize that even though I've said the words that I haven't accomplished it vibrationally. And I'm eager to find a way to accomplish it vibrationally. Because I know that even when I'm in a physical body where words abound, that it isn't words that attract, it's vibration that attracts. And so, it's my intention,” you said, “to be in a physical body and to feel my way in to harmony.
Feel my way in to alignment. Feel my way in to calibrating to the frequency of the energy that creates worlds. Because I know that I'm an extension of that energy and I'm going forth to continue the creation of this world, of this universe, of this all that is-ness.”

I've decided to make a career of being a deliberate creator, which I'm enjoying.

And I also decided to feel no longer responsible for how anybody else feels.

And all these manifestations that I've been rendez-vous-ing with keep reassuring me that I've made the right decision. And Abraham, you've been in all of them. And so, just for the fun of it, am I a part of the same energy that you guys are coming from? That would be nice to know.

A: Before we come to your important last question, we want to talk about that wonderful list of intentions that you described there. It really is the best articulation of intention that we've heard from any of you. What a list of things that are important to you.

And the thing that we like most about it is that as you spoke that list, there was not any evidence of any resistance in the frequency that is you. That is what tuned in/ tapped in/turned on is about.

And think about what you witnessed there, if you are observing it, and what you demonstrated there, if you are the maker of that video. Think of it in terms of what we've been talking about in these hours that we've been together today. How as something happens that you are observing and believing, how that stronger intention has you easily making a statement of intent. So that you're keeping your intent dominant.?So that you are joining your bag of marbles with your inner being’s bag of marbles.

We want to emphasize what that means. We've been saying to you all for a long time that one who is connected to the stream, or in alignment with your Source energy, is more powerful, more empowered, than millions of you who are not.

In other words, that leverage, utilizing the energy that creates worlds in its purest form, and focusing it in the direction of your intentions, that's what Mastery is. That's really what deliberate creation is.

In your physicality, you've pointed out over the centuries and millenniums that you've been present upon this planet, you've noticed those who have walked among you who have stood out from you in their Mastery of something that you didn't understand. Sometimes you've called them magic, sometimes you've called them evil, sometimes you've called them witches, because they have a power that is beyond what most people seem to have.

When you understand how this universe works, when you understand this stream of energy, when you understand that there is no going back, that there is only moving forward. There is no regression. When you understand that you in your physical form are an extension of that non-physical energy, that the non-physical you intended, a part of your intention to be here, but that the majority of that which is you remained non-physically focused. When you get the duality of the non-physical you, resistance free, and the physical you, with some resistance.

The physical you sifting and sorting and coming to your personal preferences, or intentions, or conclusions about how life would be better for you and for others around you.

As life causes you to sift and sort through the data of life and find those clarifications, and send off those rockets of desire. And then as you consciously, through this work, and other work - religion is a part of this too - come to recognize that you are more in this physical body, more?than?this physical body, and more in this physical body, than most humans understand. That you are non-physical in consciousness, that you are non-physical energy, focused in a physical body, and that you have access to this energy, to this focus, to this understanding, to this knowing, to this beingness. But that you in your physical form must focus yourself there.

You come to remember that you came with great intent, knowing that you would be the sifter, and therefore, the decipherer of the new. That you would find the new nuggets because you understand that you are eternal. That all of us are eternal. And that in this eternal life that we are living, there must always be a new asking for there to be a new answering. And then another new asking for there to be another new answering.

And so, what we heard from you just now was your complete understanding of all of that. And your now decision to point in the direction of what you are deciding that you intend. You have decided to access this energy that creates worlds, and to be a master here in your own physical experience. To demonstrate for others, since words don't teach, that you can be or do or have anything that you choose. It's a wonderful thing to come consciously into that knowing.

And to those of you, there were many of you… We read this question. Uh, one of the earlier things that we said today… This person said, “I hear new listeners say that their lives have completely changed in a few months.”

Don't compare yourself to what anybody else is doing. As you listen to this empowered girl who's figured it out. As she's been listening for a while, and trying this and trying that.

Just care about how you feel. You want to feel good. Step into relief as much as you can. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. You know who receives the benefit when you give others the benefit of the doubt? You do.

Reach for thoughts that feel good. Feel as good as you can feel now. Look for easy, existing matches. Don't beat the drum of things that don't feel good. And watch your critical nature begin to become a nature of appreciation.

Watch that edgy, snarky, sarcastic, pushing against self become more positively expectant of others. Watch your criticism or ridicule turn to compliments and appreciation. Watch yourself be the attractor of more and more good feeling relationships because you are a deliberate focuser of better and better and better feeling thoughts. Watch what's up close to you improve because of your attention on it. And watch what's not so close, but out at a distance, watch it improve too because of your attention upon it.

It's exhilarating to get control of your ability to create. Feel yourself understanding the difference between motivating yourself to action to fix things, and finding alignment and feeling the inspiration to offer action. So the action is pleasurable.

Focus upon the strongest theme of what we are teaching here, which is the turning of thoughts to things with your focused mind. The path of least resistance, or vibrations turning to thoughts, turning to words, turning to behavior or action.

Feel your empowerment as you notice your involvement in the situations of your own life, improve in your own life. And your loving attention upon others, helping them as well.

Be the physical being that you were born to be. But not one of you said, I'll go forth into physical, and I will figure out how to fix a broken world. Or a broken team. Because you knew it wasn't broken. And that you weren't coming to fix things. But you knew it wasn't finished either. And that it would become more.

You knew that you would be in an environment where you would be stimulated or inspired to new intentions. And you knew that if this physical environment could inspire you to something more or something new, you knew before you came into this body, that if once here, you were inspired to more, that this environment could deliver it to you completely. In all its full, delicious, see it/ hear it/ smell it/ taste it/ touch it manifestation.

And you said, “I am really eager to participate. I'm eager to see what is, and I'm eager to ask for it to be more. And I'm eager to realize that even though I've said the words that I haven't accomplished it vibrationally. And I'm eager to find a way to accomplish it vibrationally. Because I know that even when I'm in a physical body where words abound, that it isn't words that attract, it's vibration that attracts. And so, it's my intention,” you said, “to be in a physical body and to feel my way in to harmony.
Feel my way in to alignment. Feel my way in to calibrating to the frequency of the energy that creates worlds. Because I know that I'm an extension of that energy and I'm going forth to continue the creation of this world, of this universe, of this all that is-ness.”

You said, “I want this. I don't need it. The world doesn't need me.
I want it. I want to be a part of this world. I want to be a part of this relationship. This relationship doesn't need me. I want to be of value to this relationship. Whether it goes this way with me or whether it goes this way. I want to be of value.”

Q: Hi Esther. Hi Abraham. How are you guys? It is a pleasure to be here. I am very grateful that I'm having this opportunity to send you a message.

I have been reading a book, the Money and the Law of Attraction. I have a bunch of notes here. And I know about the different storytelling, and about the raising your vibration. Uh, how do we actually do that when you are in a very very difficult financial situation? Thank you.

A: We wanted you to hear this conversation, and then to hear your question that you presented to us before you heard this broadcast. Because we know for sure, you already have received the answer about what to do.

When you are in a difficult situation, your asking is stronger than ever. And it doesn't take very much improvement of the way you feel for evidence of your alignment to happen. The shift has already taken place for you. Watch what comes next.

Abraham Now, 7/27/24, part 1, 11:02 – What do I intend?

A: So here you stand in a moment and something has happened that is triggering some negative emotion. So, if you'll stop in the middle of that negative emotion and say to yourself, I feel this negative emotion. Identify what it is.

In this case, it's fear that there's not going to be enough. It might be haste as our friend said earlier, or stress, as we were talking about. But identify what that negative emotion is. Just identify it.

And then, reach for, if you can - you usually can – some easy existing matches that feel like relief to you.

We said to Esther the other day, it's like stepping from the harsh sunlight into the shade. Or it could be the other way around. Stepping from the chill of no sun into the sun. In other words, step into relief as best you can. So looking for some easy existing matches.

Now, many of you disagree that this is even a viable idea, because you feel how you feel. And we want to say to you, you're not wrong about that. How you feel is real, and you feel the way you feel because you've been feeling that way, so the law of attraction’s been amplifying how you feel by bringing you more that feels like what you feel like.

So that's really what a belief is. A belief is a thought that you continue to think. And you feel validated. You feel justified in the belief that you hold because it's real. You're not making it up. I feel this way because of this and this and this.

But what we want you to hear, is that if you will apply this process… Esther's been playing this game with us for about a month. And it goes like this. I have this feeling and it doesn't feel good. And then I have a tendency, in fact almost an urgency, to justify the feeling by explaining why I have the feeling. It's like, defending my opinion. My opinion that didn't come easily to me. I had this opinion and then the law of attraction proved it to be true.

So, I have an opinion that's real. But it is not serving me. Because it's an opinion about what's gone wrong, or what's going wrong, or about what might go wrong.

You can stop in that moment, as you realize that you are defending your position, you are defending your opinion, and say… We're looking back at the email…

“We're earning more money than ever before. And yet, I still get into fear that it's not enough.”

As you identify what that opinion is, and then instead, ask yourself, what do I intend? This is my belief or my opinion. And friends, almost every time when you are actively engaged in a thought that is about an opinion, you're pushing against something.

In an attraction-based universe pushing against something doesn't make it go away, it makes it come closer. So instead, I've had an opinion which has me calling to me more of what I don't want. If I can set an intention, what do I intend?

So in this case, I'm afraid that there's not enough money. Or I'm afraid there's not going to be enough money. And my opinion is valid. I know so much about that, people that don't have enough.

But I intend to be prosperous. And I intend more avenues to open for me. And I intend to be in alignment so that I can be in the right place at the right time. And I intend to feel good. I intend to be in the receiving mode. I intend to have good timing. And I intend to feel good through my days. And I want to feel good. I intend that.

That's really stepping into the shade. And it doesn't take much more conversation with yourself than that.

So, we'll talk about that more as we're moving forward. But it's a technique that is helping. Identifying the emotion that doesn't feel good. And then acknowledging that usually, it doesn't feel good because I've got an opinion. And I'm trying to justify where I'm standing or explain where I'm standing to someone. And in doing so, I'm working against myself because my opinion is pushing against what I don't want, which is inviting what I don't want. So enough of that. What do I intend? That's going to clean it up so much faster than anything else you've tried to do.


Abraham Now, 7/27/24, part 1, 32:20 – Cold Sores

Q: Hi Abraham. Thank you so much for all that you do. My question is, I've gotten… I suffer from cold sores for like the last 20 years. And I've been trying to practice your healing methods to try to get rid of them so they don't come back. And I've done different things, like alkaline diets, taking supplements, and I bought a rife machine. And I forget all about them, but then at some point, another one will pop up like, whether I'm in the sun for too long or something. And I'm just trying to figure out, like, I know doctors say that this is incurable, but I believe, like you say, everything is curable. So I'm just wondering what I'm doing wrong and how I can break the cycle so that I can just completely get rid of it. And again, I've focused my attention on other things. I don't think about it, again, until it comes back up. So maybe you can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong and why they keep coming back. Thanks.

A: It's a common thing with medicine, and those who practice it, to study cases and then come to conclusions, such as the virus that causes a cold sore is always in your body. That's why they're calling it incurable. And we want to play with you a little bit and say every possible disease known to man so far, you have the propensity of, but that doesn't mean that you have to experience it.

Rather than talking about it in terms of a virus or something that is incurable, we want to talk about vibration again. And we want to say to you, that it’s the stress factor.?And the stress factor is trying to do with action what action cannot accommodate, instead of finding alignment and perspective with Source, who can accommodate everything.

You say, maybe I was in the sun too much. But if you will start to pay attention, that it is absolutely the stress factor in your life that is the catalyst for that.

We would like you to be aware of the way you feel. Recognize that you're feeling some stress or uneasiness. And then, deliberately point at your intention rather than talk about and suffer over your opinion that you can't do anything about.

Friends, as a human being, as you look at your own life and then beyond it, and you see things that you want to be different that you don't have the capacity to make different, that's the ultimate stress.

So, when you realize that that doesn't work… That never works. And you really don't want to be a human being in a physical body that is testing your capacity to endure stress.

You say sometimes I forget about it and then it comes back. You don't want to be one that endures negative emotion. You want to be one that recognizes it for what it is, guidance that you're trying to do with action something that you could much better do with alignment.

You go for a period of time feeling really good. No cold sores.

So, what pain is, or what disease is, it's just exaggerated, or momentum of negative emotion. It’s enduring the discord of thought resistance. It's the resistance of having an opinion that isn't resonant with who you really are. Pushing against unwanted. And of course, there's no such thing as no in this attraction-based universe, is there?

Try this. You’ll like it.

Abraham Now, 7/27/24, part 1, 26:31 – Time and Perspective

Q: Dear Abraham, I used to be a physicist and there's something in physics called time dilation, which means that as you move faster from Earth's perspective towards the speed of light, time slows down. And physicists have measured this.

But look, from your teachings I understand that everything non-physical and physical, no matter what it's doing, has the same exact now moment. Um, and that could only mean one thing. Which means that we're really… the only thing changing is our perception of time. And that means we're creating our perception of time, and we're creating time. And it's really relevant to me because as I think of me being on Earth, the amount of times that the Earth has gone around the Sun since I've been born, the only thing that matters about my time is my perspective of it. And it could be the same as everyone else’s or different. And I just feel it's really empowering because I think we're creating our own sense of time, and time. And I'd love your thoughts.

A: Well we agree with everything that you're saying here. We want to lay a very strong phrase here at the beginning of our reply.?And that is that everything that is non-physical and everything that is physical is operating under the same laws of the universe. Everything is vibration.

And so, what you were commenting about, about the speed of vibration. The momentum of it. That's right. It is same - non-physical, physical.

You're right when you say it must be about our perspective. And we want to honor your physical perspective by saying, your physical perspective is different than our non-physical perspective because you're looking through the eyes of physical, see it, hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it. And in that translation, in that vibrational translation that makes it possible for you to see, or hear, or smell, or taste, or feel with your fingertips… These are all interpretations of vibration. And that is a perspective that causes you to see things differently.

But now think about what we were saying before your video came into this conversation.?When you are tuning to the frequency of your inner being, you are actually donning the perspective of your inner being. And that's the difference between inspired thought and motivated thought. When you are tuned to the frequency of your inner being, you have that perspective.

Another way of saying this is, we've been talking to you all for a long time about the idea, the reality of thoughts turning to things, of vibrations turning to thoughts, thoughts turning to things. It’s what manifestation is all about. And manifestation, by the way, important by the way, is a perceived thing, isn't it? A perceived thing that many perceivers are in agreement about. That's why you call it a reality. Because so many perceivers are agreed about so many things.

But notice how many things as perceivers you do not agree about. What if, instead of wanting everyone to see it just as you see it, to believe it just as you believe it, what if you were able to understand that the universe is big enough to accommodate all creators? And that you don't need all perceivers to agree with you in order for you to have alignment.

All that is required for you to be in alignment is for you to not be introducing a resistance to your vibrational frequency that interferes with your connection to the perceiver that is really who you have become.

You were non-physical before you came into this physical body. A part of your consciousness became this physical perspective that you know as your personality. You know what you don't want, you know what you do want. You launch these rockets of desires. Your inner being, that inner perceiver, focuses, points toward what you are asking for, with no deviation from that.

When you have negative emotion, it’s because you've deviated.?When you step out of the harshness of that disconnect into the shade, or alignment, or relief, of allowing yourself to perceive as your inner being perceives, now you are seeing your moment in this time and space as your inner being does, where all things are possible.

This is not exactly where this question was pointed by you. But you really did lay a good basis for us to go where we were wanting to go with this conversation. We know we’ll hear more from you. And we believe you are satisfied with this conversation as far as we've taken this one.

Abraham Now, 7/27/24, part 1, 54:00 – Turmoil in the World

Q: Hi Abraham. And I love these Abraham now workshops. Thanks so much for doing that. Lately I've been hearing from a variety of people talking about the changes in the world, and the turmoil and that kind of thing. And that things are likely going to get worse, and that we have to go through the darkness and that sort of thing. And when I hear that it frightens me a bit. And then I remember you talking about, well when we're afraid it's usually an indication that our inner being doesn't see things that way. How do you see the future and what's coming and how we can really be creative in impacting how things turn out in our lives, individually and collectively? Thanks Abraham.

A: Well you can tell how, individually and collectively, you are impacting something by the way you feel. And you're right. That feeling of fear means you're not helping what you intend at all. You may be supporting opinions and beliefs. And opinions and beliefs are rampant around you. But they don't need to be.

In other words, you can clean up what comes to you, the individual information that comes to you, just by doing more intending, and less talking about, supporting, justifying or defending your beliefs.

So you ask us how we see… What we see is you all in a physical environment, where contrast is serving you extremely well. And since words don't teach but life experience does, there are more humans launching rockets of desire than ever before. Clear desires. Your inner beings are more focused upon more desires than ever before. It really is the leading edge of that.

So there is more energy flowing. There is more calling of more humans into alignment with their empowerment than ever before. You are being called by the law of attraction, gathering up from non-physical perspective, the cooperative components. The only question is, for any of you, how cooperative am I being to my cause?

And the answer to that is, how do I feel? And if I feel stress or fear as you said, then I'm not allowing myself to be part of what I'm intending. I'm still holding my place in what I believe or what I'm observing.

We see it going extremely well. We see more asking, and therefore more becoming, therefore more non-physical becoming, therefore more vibrational becoming. And we see more and more humans wanting to feel better and better, because the path of least resistance is changing for you all.

Like in the analogy that we offered earlier, where you only believe that you could lift this much, because you've been going to the gym and that's what you've shown yourself you can lift. And then something happens that makes your desire way way stronger than it's ever been before. And now you can do things that you've never been able to do before, by lifting that heavy piece of furniture off your dear loved one that is perishing beneath it. That's what's happening in your environment today.

There is a tipping of the scale. Where so many of you are just tired of being tired, and tired of being sick and tired, and tired of being afraid, and tired of the meanness, and the retribution, and the unpleasantness, and the unkindness. And you're just wanting the love that sometimes you feel, and the kindness that you often feel. There's a tipping, a very powerful tipping point that is happening. Because sometimes when things get unwanted enough, the wanted comes into clearer view.

Let’s explore some of the Law of Attraction principles that Abraham reminds us of that might apply to this situation. Then you can choose what might create better feelings for you and your friend.

Sounds like you’re both focusing on the “how’s”, like they have to move closer to town. That’s not your job, though. Right? ?You want to help your friend focus on how she wants to feel. Why does she want to move? The Universe has an infinite number of ways to provide that if she allows it. If she only focuses on one possible solution, she closes off the other possibilities.

It also sounds like she might be focusing more on what she doesn’t like. Perhaps more appreciation of the positive aspects would help create a more allowing state for more ideas and inspirations and helpful synchronicities to show up.

How might this contrast be happening FOR her? How might you support her into more allowing states and/or understanding the LoA, if she’s open to it? And, even if she isn’t, how can you support her, as I’ve suggested, in just raising her vibration, in being open to infinite possibilities?

I suggest first opening up yourself in these ways before trying to support her. By connecting more to your Whole Self/Source, and just managing your own vibration, that alone will have a positive impact on her. And, it will also be more likely that inspirations will come to you.?

A couple of years ago, my husband and I were spending the summer living with an older man who was often quite depressed and irritable. Even though we’re both spiritual life coaches, we never directly offered anything, unless he asked. However, as we always do, we managed our own vibrations and lived our high-vibing lifestyle. It totally changed him. He would often say, “I don’t know why, but I’m happy! ” His way of looking at things even changed and he interacted with people differently, with less impatience and irritation. It was so amazing and beautiful.?

There are millions of people that feel outrage at one or another thing.?
So there are millions of people asking.?
In other words, this is a big stream that is asking.?
And one clear minded being like you can lie in your bed, hold a pure thought of well-being and you can open that vortex, and all of the energy that is being asked for by all of those millions who are not allowing it to flow through them, because they are so mad and outraged, can flow through you, and you can powerfully and positively affect any outcomes.?
You have more input into your national or global affairs than the people in politics that devote their lives to it, because they are so caught in the muck and mire of debate that they are not accessing the energy.?
Whereas, one who is connected to the stream is more powerful than a million who are not.
