? A: And here you are. You've taken us forward again. Because the answer to your first question is, can you create something that is absolutely new? No. We are always adding on and adding on and adding on and adding on. We're always adding on. We're always adding on.?We're adding on to the tracks that have already been laid. Tracks that you've laid, that others have laid, adding on, adding on, adding on. ? And what's the purpose of it? What's the whole point of it? If you can't get the patent on the brand new thing that you've created, what's the whole point of even trying? We're just regurgitating. No, you're not just regurgitating. You're adding on. And why are you adding on? For the exhilaration of the new discovery of what you added on to it. Of what you added on to it. ? Those notes have been there for a long time. And all the basic notes, the pure tones, and then the half notes below and above, the flats and the sharps, and then the cadence and the timing and the rhythm. In other words, these have all been discovered by those that have come and added on, and added on, and added on, and added on. Your music is becoming more and more sophisticated. Your ability to hear it is too. ? But you couldn't do any of it if it wasn't for all of it that had been before. Everything that any of us are today, is because of something that all of us were before. Becoming is who we are. And we do it for the pleasure, for the joy of the new discovery, of the new point of view, of the new¡ Not because it needs to be done. But because it is being done and it is being done. ? Because love is so pervasive. You know how when you really love somebody, you have this sometimes misguided tendency, or yearning, or propensity, habit, to just do whatever you can to just make their life a little better? If I can just make you smile, or help you laugh, or uplift you in some way, or feed you, or touch you, or soothe you, or, or¡ Ooh, I just want you to feel better, better, better, better, better, better, better, better, better. That's what source feels for all of you. ? That's what this is all about. That's what the eternal you is all about. It's about becoming.?And what's becoming about? It¡¯s about feeling good. And what's feeling good about? It¡¯s about feeling more good. And what's feeling more good about? It¡¯s about feeling more good, which is all about becoming. In other words, it's about this moment, and this one, and this one, and this one. ? Your wholeness is what your inner being feels about you right up to the last second that you breathed and lived. So, if you're reaching for that¡ If you're stepping into the field of attraction, into the new segment, while the song Invincible plays, Invincibility plays¡ Just try to look through the eyes of source and feel the perfection of it, the never-ending perfection of it. If you can just for a little while, not compare yourself to other people, and instead let your calibration be in feeling your inner being, you will discover, you will accomplish, you will sense it and discover it. And then you will calibrate it and accomplish an ability to be present in this leading edge time and space as you see it ¨C wrong word - as you know it through the knowing of source. The last year, and up till now, I've really discovered the power of aligning with source in terms of, that is everything. It's my main priority for everything. Well it is my only priority. It's my only real desire. I really understood that now. And feeling good from that. I enjoy the byproducts, but alignment of source is my everything. ? But I don¡¯t understand why I keep compromising that alignment.??I get inspired actions to do things to keep up with my expansion. I don't understand why I'm not doing that consistently. And finding it hard to maintain a work ehtic that keeps me in sync with my expansion. Because I just want to maintain that alignment. And I want to take my life further with that. I want to allow that unfoldment. But I'm not understanding why I keep compromising it, and I would love help untangling why I'm inconsistent in allowing well being more fully and consistently in my life. ? A: Well you just gave us the answer that we've been looking for together here. And here it is. So, we liked so much that you've come to the keen awareness that what you really want is to feel good. And you know all the reasons of why you do feel good. In other words, everything that you said in the first part of your video presentation¡ We know, you know that. And we know that you're good at that. ? And then you slipped in a phrase. You were inspired to give it. And this is the answer to the question that you're asking about why you can't keep it up. ? You said, ¡°I want to feel good because I want to feel good because I want to feel good because I want to feel good because I want to feel good because I want to feel good because I want to feel good.¡± We heard you. ¡°I want to feel good because I want to feel good. I want to feel good because my inner being does feel good. And I want to calibrate to my inner being, because that's how my inner being feels. And that's how I'm the whole of who I am.¡± ? Those are all of the things that you said to us. And then you said, ¡°And then there are physical byproducts. I understand that, but it's not for the byproducts. I really want to feel good.¡± But do you know what is happening to so many of you? You do want to feel good because you want to feel good.?But you want to feel good because you want to feel good because you think in feeling good, it will bring you the byproducts. You're still doing it for the ulterior motive of the byproduct. ? Now you who presented this video to us just now, you're not doing it for the byproduct. We know that for sure. But those byproducts still are compelling, and they still get your attention. And it's not long lasting. There is nothing really of a physical nature that lasts long. ? It¡¯s the emotional relationship that you have with it. It¡¯s studying the beauty of something and feeling your inner being examining that beauty. It¡¯s studying the brilliance in someone and feeling your inner being examining that brilliance. In other words, what all of this is about is, it's about you figuring out how to combine with you. ? So let us¡ We're going to flow it to Esther. She's on the brink of saying it to you in a way that you have not heard it before. ? So you were Source energy. And you said, ¡°I'm going to be multi-faceted. I'm going to flow into the physical and I'm going to look for desires. And in looking for them. I will sift and I will discern through contrast, and I will launch greater rockets of desire. I will go beyond what has been before.¡± And your inner being said, ¡°And we will savor what you launch. We will savor it. We¡¯ll hold the frequency of it. Meanwhile, you will sift and sort more and launch more rockets.¡± ? So, what we are saying to you is, you are source energy who became multi-faceted, who caused source energy to become more, who became multifaceted, who caused source energy to become more. We are all in this together. You are causing such expansion of the universe and of source energy, that source energy is becoming at a pace that you are not happy unless you are keeping up with it. ? But you can't keep up with it only by examining the physical. That's why we're wanting to distract you a bit from the see it / hear it / smell it / taste it / touch it, and encouraging you to get to the nut of it, to the heart of the love of it, and the more of it. You can do this. You are doing this. ? Friends, in your quest to understand, which activates
our quest to explain, we are overcomplicating all of this. ? Every bit of falling down the stairs, or being mad at yourself, exists because a little taste of that makes your capacity to enjoy the whole of who you are, and the love of who you are, more. It is that simple. It's like hitting yourself over the head with a hammer because it feels so good when you stop. That's a little bit what it is. ? You can't not be good. You were born
good and you are getting better. You can¡¯t not fulfill your purpose for being
here. You cannot fail at life. You cannot get it wrong. You cannot displease
source energy. But what you can do is distract yourself from that source
energy. And when you do, it doesn't feel good, which activates the desire to
feel good. ? But not one time, for even a moment, did you say, ¡°I'll go fix planet Earth. And I'll save it from struggle.¡± You didn't say, ¡°I'll take away contrast.¡± Because if you said that or meant that, or could do that, then you could take away expansion, which means you could take away eternity, which means you could take away life. ? All of these words are being found by Esther at our request, to help you to be willing to accept the perfection that you are, and cut out the incessant striving to prove something that is unprovable, and not being asked to be proven by anyone. ? You are very hard on yourselves, and
we know you got it from others, but you gotta cut it out. You gotta give
yourself a break. You gotta decide that I'm supposed to feel good, and I want
to feel good, and I'm going to feel good. I'm going to focus myself into
feeling good. I'm just gonna do it. I'm gonna focus myself into feeling good.

? A: Well it is not only the physical pain that we want to help you release and feel relief from.?It's the pain of being so hard on yourself that we'd like to help you to release.?You, specifically who just presented this video. But all of you are pretty much mad at yourselves that you're just not snapping your fingers and making everything just be the way you would like it to be. ? We want you to enjoy the becoming process more. And we don't know how to tell you a better way of enjoying the becoming process, more important than it has to be okay where you are becoming from. ? That seems to be a big hiccup. In your quest for improvement, you are just mad at yourself that you need to improve, or that you haven't improved. That you fell down the stairs, and that you hurt yourself, and that you set yourself back. It's like, there's a regret, or a being hard on yourself, or¡ So many of you have been convinced that you are not worthy, or that you are imperfect, or that you're here to strive and hopefully thrive, but¡ ? One of the processes that Esther does some days, not every day, is one that she calls acceptance. We didn't give it to her. We encouraged it, though. From a friend who knew about Alcoholics Anonymous and the acceptance that they talk about there. And acceptance, meaning I am where I am, and it's all right where I am. ? It has to be all right where you are. Because where you are is constantly becoming. But you hold back your becoming when you are so determined that you need to become past where you are. Can you feel the catch-22 in this? ? Sometimes people talk about forgiveness, and it's sort of like that. Forgiving really is letting go of the condemnation that is keeping you from alignment. And accomplishing alignment is actually what forgiveness is. And so there can be no healing as long as there's something that you are frustrated or upset about that you're trying to get past or get over. ? Sometimes you are trying so hard, you're striving so hard to become more than you are, that you're condemning the whatever it is that you are, which doesn't let you go beyond it. We're giving Esther everything we can vibrationally so that she can find as many ways of saying it as possible. ? Your inner being adores you. Why don't you??Well, you haven't been listening to your inner being. You've been listening to teachers, and parents, and insecure others. When someone is not tuned in, they feel insecure, and their insecurity shows up in criticism of others. And as you practice that, then you're hard on yourselves. ? Comes back to where we started at the first of this broadcast today. You have to just be determined that you're not gonna continue to be so mad at yourself or so mean to yourself. Because it really is on that basis that you would throw yourself down the stairs. And we don't mean that literally. You know what we mean. You fell down the stairs. You hurt yourself, because you were already hurting yourself. Negative emotion is hurting yourself. And when you keep that up, then you get sick, or then you fall down the stairs. ? And the recovery doesn't start with surgery. We're not saying that that's not appropriate. The recovery starts with being all right with where you are. ? And maybe you just have to hear it from us over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. We like that you're happy in Texas. And we like that you're looking forward to what's new. But there's still something stuck in your vibrational craw. ? And there's something, friends, about us talking about your becoming, that makes you humans - we love you so much ¨C immediately look at the hole from which you're wanting to come out of. ? Instead of feeling pride of, here you are, and you've become this far. Good for you. Good for you! No matter where you are, no matter what your state of being is, physical or mental or financial, or any other way, no matter what it is, good for you! ¡°Good for me,¡± say to yourself. ¡°Here I am, and good for me!¡± Because your inner being is not going to have it any other way. ? And until you find a way to team up with how your inner being feels about you, until you find a way to see yourself as your inner being sees you, you're gonna fall down things, emotionally or physically. ? So now, we've stated the case, and we're presenting to you as your inner being feels about you. And you got to be thinking, ¡°Okay, okay, I hear it. But how do I feel it?¡± You just gotta want to. ¡°Oh, Abraham those words are so annoying. ¡®You just gotta want to.¡¯¡±?You gotta want to feel good so much that you're unwilling to feel bad. ? We're onto something important. We're talking about focusing. We're talking about focusing feeling. Much more important than focusing thought, or focusing words, or focusing eyes. ¡°I don't look there because I don't want to feel that way.¡± ? And yet, you run around blaming each other. ¡°You don't see me, you don't hear me, you're not there for me. You're not willing to suffer with me. Hear my pain. Feel my pain. Fix my pain.¡± That isn't the way to go about it. ? You have to focus where pain isn't. Which means focus where love is. Focus where interest is. Gotta want to feel good, enough to find it often. ? So, here's your assignment. Following the segment called second hour of broadcast, when you hear that music at the end, that music is entitled ¡°Invincible¡±. Friends of Esther¡¯s, a brilliant lyricist and songwriter collaborated with a friend, and they put that together, Invincible. And when it plays at the end of this broadcast, Esther feels the invincibility of it. She knows how tuned in to invincibility they were when they created that music. Invincible. ? So, when the music plays at the end of this broadcast, sit and listen to it. And Jared, if you'll let it play fully right to the end of the song. Feel it. Listen to it. And make a statement of intent. ¡°I'm stepping into a new segment, into the field of attraction, and I'm going to look for good feeling things. I'm looking for good feeling things. I'm not looking away from bad feeling things. I'm looking for good feeling things. Looking for good feeling things.¡± ? Go outside if there are more out there. Stay inside if there are more in there. ¡°I'm looking for good feeling things.¡± Move around. Use your eyes. Use your emotion. But look for, feel for good feeling things. Look for them and find them. ? A: Well you took this understanding right to where we all want it to be. What you said just now is what Esther was reaching for from the vibration that we were presenting to her. ? The key word that you introduced here was value of the unwanted. Value of the unwanted. And then you said something about brushing it off, and you said something about not wanting to recreate it again. But let's go to the real nugget that you found, the value of the unwanted. ? Because the value of the unwanted is the comparison, is the contrast. It's the launching of the desire. It's the becoming. The value of the unwanted. That means every sucky place that you are ashamed of being in, or embarrassed about being in, or blaming yourself or others about being in. All of that unwanted has value. Because without it, there would not be the continuation, or all of this good stuff that we are acknowledging. ? Yeah, the value of the unwanted. The
value of being mad is the deliciousness of getting over it. The value of not
having enough is the deliciousness of discovering more. The value of confusion
is the desire for clarity. The value of hatred is the ravenous yearning and

Abraham Now, 4/23/25, part 2, 7:14 ¨C Transmit / Receive ? Q: Hi Abraham. You had mentioned in the last recording that source is very practiced on focusing on the positive. And when you said that, I had this thought stream through my head that the reality of non-physical, because of their perspective, is really joyful and blissful. And that¡¯s the reality of the non-physical consciousness. And then I realized¡ This is the question I had, but I think I know the answer. That the same laws apply to us in the physical, that apply to non-physical. And if we focus on the same beautiful positive aspects, then we can have the same reality as non-physical. Is that correct? It seems that the same laws apply, and we have the same chance to do that same thing, but be in physical. And that's really exciting. Thanks! ? A: Yes, that is correct. You said something else though that we want to call attention to. And that is that¡ Remember that you are causing expansion. And your inner being is the first to explore, and experience, and examine, and feel the thrill of the new that you have given birth to. ? Now, it's logical that it would take you a little catching up. But you can get so good at this, that almost as soon as you are exploring something that activates the wanted end of the stick, you're right there with the wanted end of the stick. And that's what you mean. You could get in on it as early as your inner being gets in on it. ? But it doesn't matter if you get in on it early or not. The best part of it is that once you begin focusing on it, that you get to ride with your inner being to those higher levels of good feeling, because as the momentum builds, so does your ability to decipher it. ? In other words, it's like¡ We've been talking to you as if you are physical, and we are non-physical. That is the way that it is. And then we've been talking to you as if you are a radio receiver, and we are a radio transmitter. And so that might sort of lock you into the kind of receiver that you are. And you might feel limited in the functions of that receiver. ? Stay with us. This is the first time we've offered any of these blocks of thought to Esther, and so she's a little halting in her receiving of them. But stay with us, because it's really worth getting to this. You have stirred it up. You have created this leading edge conversation with your wonderful question just now. ? So, let's say that you are the radio receiver and your inner being is a radio transmitter. And your ability to receive is within the bandwidth of your human experience. The bandwidth that is seeing and hearing and smelling and tasting and touching. Those are frequencies that are specific to physical. We know you are following that. ? And let¡¯s now go where your question is taking us. That you understand the existence of your inner being. You understand the leading edge that you bring to your inner being. And so you lived this end of the stick, the unwanted, and launched the rocket of desire. ? But you've done it so much that you've come to understand how it works. And now, you ride that rocket of desire with your inner being. And now, your radio receiver becomes the same as that that your inner being has. ? In other words, it's like you've upgraded your own technology. It's like you now have the capacity to broadcast and receive in ways that you couldn't before, because you've become so accustomed to the frequency that your inner being remains consistently at. It's like seeing through the eyes of source, because you've improved your ability to receive. ? And the reason that we¡¯re staying here until Esther finds a way to say it to you, is that you don't just find the thought.?You actually improve the mind that thinks the thought. You become¡ The frequency of your physicality becomes closer to the frequency of your non-physicality, which makes you two-dimensional, in that sense. ? Seeing through the eyes of source¡ Those are different eyes. Source has different eyes than you have. So seeing through the eyes of source. Knowing through the mind of source. Feeling through the emotion of source. Loving through the capacity of source. Understanding through the brilliance of source. That's what you're reaching for there. ? In other words, what you are describing friend is, in your tuning to your source energy, you are perceiving in your physical body in a non-physical way. ? A: We think the conversation that our friend introduced a little bit ago about fixing things, is perhaps the easiest route to an understanding of what causes or perpetuates split energy. It's the awareness of where something sits - it's lost, or it's broken, or it's sick, or it's poor, or it¡¯s¡ Where a situation sits, and deciding to give?it?attention and fix?it, which just keeps the absence of what is wanted active in the vibration. And that is what split energy always is. ? By looking for something that you had no split energy about¡ You knew where you'd left your bracelet. So your inner being, who knows what your path of least resistance is, actually stimulated the idea in you that you might like to wear that bracelet, which prompted you, which led you to the path of less resistance, or no resistance, to find what you were looking for. ? That is such a wonderful example of how it works. Your inner being always knowing where what you want is, and knowing the route that is most likely for you to take to find what you are looking for. Fun, isn't it? It's fun to realize that there really, really is never anything serious going on. That you are a creator, and that your life is helping you to define wanted and unwanted. ? Staying a little bit on the subject of split energy, humans want to call things good/bad or right/wrong. And that's a tough one because you come from a lot of different vantage points. ? So, Esther intends to be compliant with the law. And so she stops at the red light. But if she were to look in her rear view mirror, and see a big 18-wheeler out of control barreling toward her, we don't think that she would hold to some artificial right and wrong and decide that no, it would be wrong for me to run this light. We think that the circumstances would compel a different response. ? And that's really the point that we are making. Your circumstances, where you stand, the blending of your desires and the situation that you are in, gives you all kinds of different combinations. ? Jerry told the story of his mother. Had three little kids. Daddy was in the Navy. The money got lost somewhere in the process. Wasn't coming. So, Jerry's mother cut the fence into the neighbor's yard and milked the cow for her babies. Wrong on so many levels. And yet right on so many levels. Who gets to decide? ? So, much of what is split energy is about that. Well, this is right and you're not doing it. Or this is wrong and you are doing it. A lot of noticing what's going on around you, holds you in a place of not calibrating to your inner being, who has a different way of looking at things. ? Gonna introduce something into this conversation that will really help you take care of that split energy thing. Rather than thinking of right and wrong, let's think about calibrating to your inner being, to that divine intelligence. And since we're on the subject of your inner being, to Source energy, divine intelligence, to your inner being, let's call that who you truly are. Let's call that the truth of who you are. ? So, rather than trying to sort out all the rights and wrongs and behaviors and words and laws and rules and actions, let's focus for a little bit on your true self, which is evolving continually. Your inner being is becoming more, because you are exploring more. And then as you allow yourself to join your inner being in the more that it has become, you become more your truer self. ? So the law of attraction is this true mechanism, function that always delivers back the perfect vibrational match, the true match. So truth and justice is always happening in your experience, because the law of attraction never makes a mismatch. What comes to you is the truth of the frequency that you are emanating. But your true self always feels good. While your untrue self always feels bad. ? That'll help you with some split energy. Because there's a lot going on in your world these days that many of you, no matter where you're standing, are wanting to condemn and call wrong and push against. Or even more, you're wanting to justify what you've decided is right. ? But when you start looking, instead of for right and wrong and good and bad, you look for your true self, it clears it all up pretty fast. ? A: You've already dreamed big dreams because the other end of the stick got activated. In other words, you've done that. Now what you're doing is allowing yourself access to those dreams incrementally. You are becoming. You are becoming. ? Most people ¨C we¡¯re starting with the last part of your segment first - most people fixate on something that they want - a man, or a woman, a relationship, or a pile of money, or a new house, or, or, or, or¡ They fixate on that believing that if they just have that, then they would feel better. And we don't deny that having those things, that when things like that begin manifesting, it does parlay your good feelings higher and higher, and it does attract more. It does attract more. It's easier to get more ¡°good¡± when you've got ¡°good¡± that you're focused upon. ? But the whole point of everything that we've said here today, is that you are where you are. And you have to find something good feeling about where you are, an easy existing match. Something that you really feel. Something that is real to you, that can become more. ? Because if you're focusing upon something that you want that you feel the absence of, then you're attracting the absence. If you're trying to fix something, you're attracting more of the thing that needs to be fixed. ? So, finding the easy existing match¡ Of what? An easy existing match of how your inner being feels. So, as you described, sometimes you just find that elation. You said, ¡°I can't even believe that I found that, and that I feel this way.¡± And so, what you're wanting to do is to sort of snoop around in your own life experience, day to day. And be more aware. As you step into each segment, let your intention be to see what you're wanting to see. ? Something that feels good. It might be noticing the car next to you, and the dog who's looking right at you. That feels so good when that happens to Esther. Or making eye contact with someone who she is certain is shy. But as they come into her gaze, her gaze is so appreciative of who they are, that their shyness vanishes in the moment. And a welcome matching comes back. Oh, that's something worth savoring. ? Or trying to get over into the right lane to exit on a fast moving freeway. That's a little awkward exit. It¡¯s a lot of traffic merging. And someone deliberately yielding. Even blinking their lights to let Esther know, ¡°I'm making space for you.¡± Oh! That feels so good! Kindness in the world, awareness in the world, consideration in the world. Someone co-creating with Esther in the world. ? In other words, it doesn't have to be the winning lottery ticket. It doesn't have to be the proclamation of a cure to a body-killing illness. ? It's just those moments in time where, as you say, you can't even believe that you found them, but you rendezvous¡¯d. You rendezvous¡¯d. An easy existing match always means you've rendezvous¡¯d with the perspective of your inner being in your moment in time. And it means you're in an utter state of allowing. And the more you replay those things over and over and over and over¡ ? One of Esther's favorite things that ever happened to her¡ She and Jerry were at dinner with some friends. And this wonderful mother of five boys had prepared a wonderful meal for all of them. And she was glad to have Jerry and Esther there. And knowing that they were practicing positive thoughts and attitudes. ? And so she said to Jerry and Esther, while all of them were gathered around this sumptuous feast, she said, ¡°One of the things that we like to do as a family when we gather together like this, is each of us tell some stories of wonderful things that happened this day.¡± A really good idea. Don't you think? ? And one of her sons said, ¡°We've never played this game. What are you talking about?¡± Because he thought that that was the funniest thing that he could think of. His mother had set herself up for his perfect prank. And for a very long time, that was the touchstone that Esther used for one of the best feeling things that she'd ever had. One of the best feeling moments in time. ? When Mom was wanting to set the pace. Loving people were all together. She tried to emphasize something that she knows for sure works, because she and they do practice it every day. And in that atmosphere her son felt free to play with her. And they all laughed so hard because there was not a person at the table that didn't understand exactly what had happened. In this universal sitcom that you are all playing in. ? You are vibrational beings in a vibrational world, supported by divine intelligence that we can't even describe accurately. But the moments of your day describe it to you in a myriad of ways. It's good to be alive, and you always are and always will be. And it's good to be alive from our perspective of pure positive energy. And it's good to be alive from your perspective of meaningful, moment to moment becoming. ? There's never been a conversation like this in all of the universe. Q: Hi, everyone. Aren¡¯t these like the best times to be alive and to know what we know? I¡¯m enjoying it. I'm really enjoying it. So yeah. These are the things that I've decided: I've decided to be sensitive to the way I feel. I've decided to intentionally connect with my inner being before anything that I want can come to me. I've decided to make contrast my friend and resistance my guiding light that lets me know in the moment that I could use some soothing. I've decided to make a career of being a deliberate creator, which I'm enjoying. And I also decided to feel no longer responsible for how anybody else feels. And all these manifestations that I've been rendez-vous-ing with
keep reassuring me that I've made the right decision. And Abraham, you've been

that list, there was not any evidence of any resistance in the frequency that

So now it can happen on the money and body topic - to wait for it, to look for it, and slow it down, right? And by that we mean easy for you to hear. They're all easy for us to answer. But the part that we are looking for ease is in your ability to hear. Especially in the end, you said. And so, activating that end of the stick, the other end of the stick was activated also, which is the end of the stick that your inner being calibrated to. So, your new relationship with your wife, just as you said, was already underway. One created the other. Yes, exactly right. ? So then, as you explained that you're wanting physical conditions and financial things to be the other end of the stick for you, you said the answer, right in the middle of your video presentation. You said, ¡°I wasn't looking. I wasn't looking for my wife.¡± Well, what were you doing, in the interim between relationships and launching those rockets of desires, or presenting the other end of the stick for your inner being to give attention to? ? What were you doing while your inner being was giving undivided attention to everything that your inner being knew that you wanted, because of the relationships that you had already lived? In the absence of this and that, your inner being knew you wanted this. In the presence of this and that, your inner being knew you wanted something different. And of course, there were positive aspects of those relationships also, that your inner being also knew that you wanted. ? And so, what were you doing while your inner being was doing that? You were satisfied with what is. You weren't desperate for it. You weren't defending. You weren't pushing against what had gone wrong with the others. You were happy with what is, and eager for more. ? And so, you particularly, since you are the one who has presented these examples to us, you are going to be able to, as you feel for it¡ Just feel what that feels like, when you know what you don't want, but you're no longer going to rail against what you don't want. You're gonna just give it a minute. You¡¯re just gonna give it a minute. ? But he wasn't giving up relationships. Esther was in his future. He didn't know it. He wasn't giving up what that relationship and many others had helped him to create. He was giving up the not having of it. He was giving up the battle. He was giving up the struggle. ? And that's what you discovered with your story. You, for a little while, had just given up on relationships. Not going to try anymore for a while. But the key in that¡ You're not giving up your desire when you feel like that. You're giving up the resistance that is preventing your desire. |

I was always taught that neutrality is the demarcation between high vibration and low vibration or positive energy and negative energy. It¡¯s where you can look at something and not be in agreement or in resistance. It is and you are. It is not always an easy place to be¡! I hope this helps answer your question. In the scale of emotions, where does Abraham place the state of acceptance - the simple acceptance of what is. ? When we're simply at peace. That doesn't mean we're satisfied with what is. What is is not necessarily our preference. But we're not dissatisfied with what is. There's no blame or resignation. I'd rather call it ¡°quiet neutrality¡±. ? I wouldn't call it joy. It's more like ¡°being there, with no problem in mind¡±. ? Knowing that in the scale, positive emotions start with the words satisfaction/contentment, I'm puzzled.... ? And by that we mean¡ You know what we said earlier about holding someone as your object of attention, laying down tracks on their behalf? We were asking you to do it. That's what your inner being is doing for you all day long, every day. ? In other words, your inner being is taking the notes. ? A: Well again, we're talking about inner being perspective and your perspective. And we know you're not making that up. The noise is annoying. Devastatingly so, you say. And the smells unpleasant. We know you're not making it up. ? But think about what we were just saying. About your physical senses, and how most people are operating through them. Our little autistic friend that we talked about earlier today is not so actively involved in physical senses. Even the sirens don't bother her. And so, we're not asking you to be autistic in all ways, just in this way.?Try to be more keenly focused with your inner being, just for a little while. ? Now, there are two ways that you could go about this. You could actually move to the beat of the music a little bit. In other words, you either have to become one with your environment. Or you have to create an atmosphere for a different environment. Moving is one way. But things that you don't like from the place you moved from, usually follow you to the place you move to, because your point of attraction is so active about that. ? So you either have to settle in, make the best of, make peace with what is. So that you're not pushing against it and therefore asking for it so much. Or¡ That's one way. Change your atmosphere, which means move. Doesn't work, because you take yourself with you. Or settle into where you are. And take that further by settling in to what your inner being is experiencing. We know. It's not the easiest thing to do. ? You're telling us that everyone hates you. You're talking about emotion. So we know emotion is a big part of this question for you. But can you find a way to address this, instead of with your sense of sound, or your sense of smell, or even sight sometimes, can you find a way of addressing your atmosphere through the sense of emotion? And could you feel intentionality in that music that something about that music is pleasing someone? And could you be pleased that they are pleased? Or something about that fragrance is pleasing someone. And could you be pleased that they are pleased? ? Because that's what your inner being is doing. And that's why there's discord between you and your inner being. We're not asking you to eat ground glass and like it. It's not that extreme. But we are asking you to find a way of adapting. ? And friends, in the moment that you decide that you're going to be a vibrational adapter, and that what you're adapting to is the point of view that your inner being has about the subject that you're focused upon in the moment, you're gonna adapt to the wanted end of the stick, even when your physical senses are picking up the unwanted end of the stick. ? This is so powerful. This is how you find happiness in a world that is displaying so much of the other end of the stick. You can't change the ends of the stick for others. But you can adapt to the end of the stick that your inner being is adapted to, all day every day. ? This may be the most clarifying, profound, and exhilarating conversation that we have ever had with our physical friends. This is us being happy about your environment, and wanting you to join us in our happiness about your environment. ? I had some contrast with finances recently. So I reminded myself about the laws of the universe, namely that the outcome is certain. Everything is working to my advantage. My abundance is increasing. And my becoming is more delicious with this contrast. I want to savor the becoming of my finances. My finances are a fun game and I am savoring and enjoying the becoming. ? A: Well, that's the way, isn't it? And see how it dovetails into what we were just talking about? ? Everything that you live causes your inner being to become. Because when you, because you live in a time reality, and in a space reality, where you can measure, compare, where you can feel the difference between feeling one way and then feeling a little better¡ Because you have this comparative experience that has slowed down enough that you can actually accomplish the awareness, then you can feel your improvement. ? Your inner being gets to experience that every time you experience anything. What we mean by that is if you know what you don't want, you know what you do want. And your inner being experiences that expansion of being a little more because of you. If you are on the upper half / upper part of the emotional scale, and you're deliberately reaching for better feeling thoughts, then your inner being gets to experience your feeling better, which is always pleasurable for your inner being. ? The most important part of the video that you presented to us here, is how much you liked knowing that your inner being is enjoying the becoming. Because becoming is not just necessary, it is inevitable. You can't slow your becoming. You've already situated yourself in a place that fosters becoming. And so since you can't slow it down, you've got to go with the flow of your becoming, in order to feel that satisfaction that you want to feel. ? This understanding of the basis of your attraction, and this understanding of knowing that there are two parts to your attraction¡ Your inner being attracting on behalf of you - that's becoming - and you attracting on behalf of you. And what's your inner being attracting on behalf of you? Everything that you say you want. And you know what you say, you know how you say it? You say it through the living of life and the feeling of it. ? Your inner being is not listening in on your conversations. Your inner being is riding the rockets of desire that you launch. The wanted end of the stick that is launched when you focus upon the unwanted end of the stick. ? Now think about it. Think about what we just said there. We've not said this before. Every subject is two subjects. It's like a stick with two ends on it. There's the wanted end of the stick and there's the absence of wanted end of the stick. ? So when something in your life causes you to activate that stick, you've launched both ends of the stick. You're on the bandwidth with the unwanted end of the stick, perhaps. But your inner being never is. Your inner being is always - this is exhilarating to us because we've not put it to you this clearly before - your inner being¡¯s bandwidth is on the wanted end of the stick. ? So that's what we mean when we say, you launch those rockets. You activate a stick, and the other end of the stick is what your inner being focuses upon. And that's when the cooperative components are gathered to that. And that's why things that you can't see with your five senses, but you can feel with your, let's call it sixth sense of emotion¡ ? You're getting this, aren't you? That makes sense to you, doesn't it? We're glad you're enjoying your becoming. We surely are. |

? A: Well you put so many of our answers into your presentation. In other words, it is about vibration, isn't it? Everything is. When you realize that what you think of as your memory¡ It¡¯s not a storage cabinet that you then are able to access, like reaching through the files of something and finding something that you put there, or that you put in a safe place, or a known place. It's not like that. ? Everything about your mind, about creating, about your memory, everything about past, present, future, everything, as you said wisely, is about vibration. It's about transmitting and receiving. ? So, sometimes it is exactly as you say. It's that what you're trying to remember is not a vibrational match to what you now intend to remember. And you've been practicing the new patterns of thought. And you have accomplished more momentum in the direction of wanted. And you're more a vibrational match to your inner being than ever before. So you just don't have access to some of that stuff. ? Sometimes Esther will find herself in the middle of an explanation of something to friends, when she is on a trend laying down tracks toward unwanted, and she will completely lose the direction of her thought. And she'll say, ¡°Wow, it's almost like Abraham just blitzed that out of my mind.¡± Well, nothing like that is happening. We don't have that power. Nor would we utilize it if we had it. But what is happening, is that Esther is treading into vibrational territory, that is now out of range of her practiced bandwidth. ? Now of course, you can focus yourself back into that. That's why you're confused about this. And it¡¯s particularly important, what you said about your worthiness is affected because, or your sense of your own well-being is affected because people put a great deal of stock in memory. ? But so many people that are putting so much stock, or credence, or desire in the idea of memory, is because they still are using their transmitting and receiving mechanism like a storage cabinet, and they're clinging to the known what-is rather than advancing toward what is becoming. ? You are becomers. You're in a constant state of becoming. And you have a mix of vibrations that reflects what you are becoming. If we could just convince you to not jump to the conclusion that there is a deficiency happening. But instead that there is a vibrational frequency change, that is bringing other things to you that are different. ? Sometimes a name won't come to mind. Oh, here is a better way of explaining it. As Jerry and Esther roamed this nation, this United States nation in their monster buses for many, many years, Jerry, because he'd been an entertainer long before Esther was with him, had been everywhere - everywhere that they were going. ? And so every place activated a story in him, memories in him. And sometimes he'd begin to speak about something and he couldn't quite recall it. But the longer they were in the area, and the more familiar things of the area became activated in his vibration, then the more keen his memory was about those stories. ? It was tremendously entertaining for Esther. All of the drama that he lived as a hard-working entertainer on the road, in times when people were not as cordial, maybe. ? Jerry told her lots of stories that she knew were not a vibrational match to his point of attraction now. In fact, the stories he would tell her sounded like an entirely different person. Didn't sound like the Jerry that she knew and loved. Wasn't the Jerry that she knew and loved. It was a Jerry who was operating under different vibrations, different points of attraction. Different things that he was focusing on. ? Your vibration will change. It rises or lowers, depending upon the subject of your focus. This is what deliberate creating is all about. You're not losing your memory when you don't recall things. You're just activating different things. ? We know doctors and scientists would disagree, but they would be wrong. |

? A: Let's talk about this for a little bit. Some of you come into this physical body intending to utilize your physical senses in a way that allows you more control of your emotions. In other words, you are less affected by what you see and hear and smell and taste and touch. It's not a disability. ? What it is, is an intention to activate another sense, your awareness of your alignment. It's not losing out. It¡¯s actually developing something that serves you even more. Of course, you don't have to have the label of autism in order to do that. But we agree with you mother, it's not a disadvantage. ? But isn't it interesting that sirens and shelters are not upsetting to her, but something at school is. Well, hear this. The siren is a bit like artificial intelligence. It's just blaring with no vibrational emotional offering. And so it's not upsetting her vibrational apple cart. ? But someone holding her as their object of attention, and seeing lack in her, or the need for improvement in her, is a vibrational offering that she is taking in. And it is amplifying something that doesn't exist in her very often. It is amplifying an evaluation, a self-evaluation, influenced self evaluation, that is causing her discord, or to get out of balance with her own inner being. Wow, we've not had this conversation before. And don't you like knowing it? So what to do about it? ? And sensitive people, like we are encouraging all of you to be, and like your autistic one really is, can feel that vibrational interference. It's just annoying. It's annoying. She may not be responding to it with hurt feelings, but it is like static in her experience. ? So Mom, what you can do is pay attention to how you hold this lovely one as your object of attention. And then for your own benefit, understand that everyone is not doing that. Everyone is not likely to do that. And everyone can't do that. ? So you make peace with it. You lay down some tracks as you hold her as your object of attention. Understanding that she's going to bump up against those who just don't understand. And as you add that soothing into your atmosphere and then into her atmosphere, you can help her to create a buffer. That's what the power of influence is. ? You've been doing that her whole life or nearly so. So you know what we're talking about.?You just decide not to be bothered by whatever she's bothered about, and it will help her to not be bothered by whatever she's bothered about. And meanwhile nothing's going wrong. |

Sleep in its most precise value is attunement or alignment with the energy of your Source.? That is the whole point.? And people say "Well, what about rest?"? Well, you're resting while you're sitting here.? Your muscles are at rest.? In other words, you don't need to sleep to rest, your body gets plenty of rest.? The benefit of sleep is that it quiets your mind and it gives you a greater opportunity to slow the momentums of unwanted and to pick up the momentums of wanted.? ? So when you slumber, no matter what you're dreaming about, or even really no matter what thoughts come to your mind when you first wake up, you've accomplished a very good thing during sleep because as you have slept, as in as you have meditated, you have found resonance or harmony with the Source within you, so the potential for alignment is greater now that you've rested.? And think about that in terms of action vs. allowing, making things happen vs. letting things happen - sometimes people are so determined to make things happen that they don't even let themselves sleep, they don't do the thing that is most conducive to connecting to the power that is who they are. ? We're not talking about long sleeps, we're not saying you need this much sleep.? We're saying just allow yourself that time of alignment so that who you really are can step forward in the day with you.? And the more often you do that then the better every step forward into every day will feel to you, which is the whole point of all of it.? ? Not one of you came here to get stuff done or to fix stuff that is broken or to change the world or to modify the world, or even to figure out what's right and wrong in the world.? Artificial intelligence does not have emotion. Because it does not have an inner being. So it cannot calibrate. It has no way of measuring its vibrational frequency. ? Now, it is true that through this search engine, it can gather more, and more, and more, and more, and more information that matches it. But it will not affect you or any human, unless you are giving your attention to it, and not monitoring your own emotional balance as you participate in it. ? Artificial intelligence is not infinite intelligence. We wouldn't even call it intelligence. It cannot be considered intelligence. It can be considered a gathering of statistical information. It can be called a digital file cabinet. It can be called a swift way to access information. There are many applications of it that can serve humanity. But it cannot threaten you any more than - now this is important for you to hear - any other spewing of information that you let upset you. ? In other words, your observation of another person who is suffering something that they feel is an injustice, which causes you to empathize, or sympathize, and feel terrible¡ Now, their experience, or your exposure to their experience, can affect you.?You want to figure out what your inner being¡¯s perspective of same is, and calibrate to that. ? And so in a similar way, what is called artificial intelligence could be being presented to you, and you could be focusing upon it¡ In other words, it could be on the subject of everything that's wrong with the world, and it could give you such an avalanche of information of all the hardship and suffering that is happening around the world, that if you watched it for 64 seconds or 68 seconds, or an hour, or two hours, or three hours, or four hours, or incessantly, like so many of you are doing with TV news, you could bring yourself to your knees as you are taking so much in that is not pleasing you. Taking so much in that is not a vibrational match to the way your inner being is looking at things. ? No one, nothing, artificial intelligence, or the opinion of any other human cannot jump into your experience, cannot be your point of attraction. You have absolute - and only - control of your own point of attraction. ? And we'll be talking a lot about this today. So many of you don't seem to know that. And that's okay, because that's what we're all about. ? But you got to get control of your own emotions, which means you've got to get control of your own thoughts, which really comes down to, you got to really want to feel good. ? And in a time when you're really not feeling that good because of your exposure to so much that is upsetting you, a wonderful thing is happening. At the time that you're not feeling good, again and again and again and again and again, you're firing off rockets of desire to feel good. So your request for understanding, and your request for alignment, and the likelihood that you will find it, is greater now than ever before. |

And I know in my heart that everything is going to work out, but are there any ways, or can you speak to the best way to take the bounce to get out of that negative place and into a more positive one? Thanks so much. ? A: Well we sort of began this conversation on the earlier video. And we're just going to touch lightly on it, and then we're going to dive right into what you said. You can be so tuned to the well-being of who you are, to the brilliance and clarity and love that your inner being is, that you can be up next to, close to, even observing unwanted, and it won't cause a separation between you and your inner being, because you are vibrationally stable. You are not feeling like you must push against something. ? We're really onto something important here. Because it is the very decision that I have to get rid of something in order to be all right, which is defiant of everything that the universe offers. The universe that offers all kinds of different things, for all kinds of different reasons, and all kinds of different askers. ? You can't as an individual in this world believe that you have to get rid of a lot of things, a lot of things that others are asking for, in order for you to feel good. You must understand that you can tune yourself to a frequency of your choice, and therefore allow other things to exist, without embracing them, without condoning them, without attracting them to you, without the need to push them away. This is big time conversation about tuning and frequencies. ? You said that sometimes you have a feeling of dread. And you talked about the feeling, especially when you are watching television. We said about your television to Esther, in the very early days of our interaction with Esther and Jerry, your news media scours your planet for bad news. And then brings it to you with images, and often sound effects, sometimes even dramatic music, with the intent of moving you. ? Taking all of the bad things from all around the world and condensing them, and then driving them right into your living room, where you give them 17 seconds, and then another, and then another, and then another, and then another, until you, without meaning to, prevent yourself from your life force, which is what the feeling of dread is, which is what the feeling of fear is, which is what everything that doesn't feel good to you is about. ? Esther looks at her television¡ She's got more televisions than anyone has any sensible use for. And she says sometimes in her discomfort, like you described it, ¡°It's like eating poison.¡± Well, we wouldn't go that far.? Because we would say that your television, and your news media, and your restaurant buffets, and the world in general, and every particle of the universe has within it wanted and absence of wanted. ? And so we're not going to say turn off your television. But we are going to say, until you're tuned to a frequency where you can hold your own, turn it off.? You came to be in a world with variety, not to shrink it but to expand it. And the more facets and choices that exist, the broader your spectrum of creation is, the more colors on your palette, the more opportunity to create a new, you have. ? So many people are trying to reverse the law of attraction. They're trying to call it assertion. They're trying to push away what they don't want. A friend in a recent workshop was trying to shrink his world to something that was more affordable. You gotta understand that you are a flow-er of energy. You are one to consider and decide. And you have guidance within you. ? Your inner being is flowing through your eyes and ears and nose and fingertips and tongue. Your inner being is observing and devouring this magnificent physical world in which you live. And your inner being is not depriving itself of its source (fuel) by finding fault. Your inner being is finding interest and new, and new rockets of desire. ? You're not wanting to deprive yourself of your inner critic. You're wanting to rename, re-understand your inner being. You're not a critic. You're not a dreader. You are an awareness-er. You are an expanding being. You are a decipher-er. You are a¡ Appreciator is going too far, too fast. You are a definer. You are a selector. You are an advocate. ? You are a powerful creator, born into a wonderful world of variety. Where 100% of you knew when you decided to come, that there would be others choosing too. And you knew that you would not all be choosing the same thing. ? Now we know, that as you are listening to us speak here, that you are, some of you are thinking, ¡°But when things get so extreme¡¡± And we want to say to you, you, singular you, and you who joins others in a collective consciousness sort of way¡ You are the choosers of everything that comes. Once you get the hang of this¡ And Esther can go into a nail salon, or a furniture store, or into traffic, or even into a television program¡ Focus in. ? You can focus in to selectively sift the new, the interesting, the benefit, or even to experience the contrast that causes the rocket of desire to burst forth from you.? Please do not ask yourself to stop being the decipher-er, the prefer-er. And don't beat up on yourself when it gets so far that you - separate is too strong a word - pinch yourself off from your inner being. That's okay because you can always get back. ? Hundreds of successful broadcasts before the equipment decided to not work. But there are redundancies in this system, redundancies in Mark and Jared's ability to make it go anyway. This is a world of redundancies, meaning¡ ? Esther first heard that word when Jerry and Esther got their first monster bus, and realized that if the window shades don't go up and down with the button, there's another way to get them to go up and down. The coach was full of redundancies because things wear out. ? Physical things have failures, but there is always another path. Another path of less resistance. Always another way to get to where you want to be. ? So as humans, if you can¡ Start again. As a human, if you can not need others to join you or agree with you, in order for you to let your path be all right for you, there is no limit to the joyous new discovery that you can be about. ? But if you think for one moment that it needs to always just go that way¡ If Esther thinks that this magnificent pile of cameras and wires and equipment and tri-casters and computers, and all that goes into making this work for all of us, if she thinks that nothing can ever go wrong with that, then she better just pack it up now. Because plenty of things are going to stop working with plenty of things.?But there is always another way. ? So when you find yourself dreading, there's another way less dreadful. And another way less dreadful. And another way less dreadful. And as you keep choosing something that feels a little better, and feels a little better, and feels a little better, before you know it, you're going to be feeling pretty good. And you're going to be looking for a way that feels even better, and a way that feels even better, and a way that feels even better. ? And friends, when you reach the place that you are looking for comfort, and clarity, and ease, and flow, and kindness, and love, not just for others in the world, like your kitty cat, or your baby girl, or baby boy, or the love of your life, but for you too. When you can stop being mean to yourself, as you stand in a moment of incompletion¡ ? This equipment failure wasn't a failure. It was a bouncing off place, bouncing off place for more focus, more figuring it out, more clarity. ? Jared said, ¡°Sorry about that.¡± And Esther said, ¡°I'm not. I'm not sorry about our expansion, about finding what's new.¡± Esther said, ¡°I used to worry in the very early days, when Jerry and I began this work, I thought we needed to be perfect because we're teaching deliberate creation. Best Explanation of what fear is: ?"So when we ask you what kinds of thoughts are you thinking when you feel fear, you're thinking 'I can't have what I want', you're not thinking about having it. So when you do feel negative emotion again, and if you pay attention, every single time, no exception, you will realize, that you have been focused, and not just a little, but pretty strong and steady on the absence of what you want. So if that feeling of fear simply means you're vibrationally off from what you want, then what's the logical conclusion about what to do about it? If you're thinking about the absence of what you want, which is producing the fear, what's the obvious thing you might do to make the fear go away or to allow the fear to dissipate? You hold the thought 'I want to see this the way Source sees it, I want to feel my way in complete alignment with it.' ?Your Grid is always filling in and is always changing, changing to more of the same. Isn't that worth thinking about? That's what makes you think that Life is happening to you, rather than that you are calling it to you. ?Whenever you feel negative emotion, it always means, your grid started to fill in with something you want, and you blocked it with a belief, and in so doing you felt fear. ?Bless you fear, thank you for pointing out that I just blocked something that I want, with a bogus habit of thought, that doesn't apply and has no relevance to where I am now and where I'm going. That¡¯s the nugget we've been reaching for, that's the taking thought beyond which it has been before, that's why we want you to make peace with your negative emotion, that's why we want you to understand what it is, that's why we want you to stop standing in a place being mad at yourself or someone else, feeling negative emotion. ?Bless you fear. You're reminding me that I've got some vibrational work to do.
