Hi Group -
This process you just mentioned is really helpful - one that I'm using
today - as a matter of fact . . . (thanks Carol ) . . . It also reminds me
of the process Neville calls "Revisioning" - which he recommends for
cleaning up the past. He says - to go back to those events - and revise
them to your liking. Re-imagine them the way you would have liked them to
have turned out ! ( Now - why didn't I think of that ? ) Good Idea !
Actually he suggests we do it on a daily basis - going through our day - and
redoing any event that wasn't quite up to par - reliving it - as if it had
turned out perfectly. He says that the emotional charge created by that
mental action - then - sends a positive vibe out - to create a future - much
more in sinc with where we want to be !

Hi Wayne and others
Denise Lynn in her book 'Past Lives, Present Dreams' proposes to 'CHANGE
IT"
on page 125.
I quote: "I find the most powerful technique to resolve an uncomfortable
past life memory is to change the circumstances of your past life until it
feels comfortable or enjoyable. I believe that you can actually change the
past; but if this is too much for you to accept, then imagine that you are
changing the images that are stirred in your brain. As you change those
stored images in your brain, imagine you are changing the associated
limiting beliefs."
Even if we accept that all 'lives' are NOW, this could be a powerful way
to
'change' the past. And the present and the future, too. :)
This would also apply to 'past' experiences in this life. In this context
I'm reminded of an Abe quote "Nothing has any meaning except the meaning
we
give it." If we can pivot from perceiving/remembering an experience as
undesirable to something along the line of, "This experience was the best
that could have happened to me." this would give us so much freedom from
pains and hurts and judgements.
A technique to use could be the Abe process of Scripting. Instead of
writing
a script about a future we would like to experience we could write a
script
about a past we would like to have experienced.
Whatever I do it will always be something to assist me to find and follow
my
bliss. <smile> And it is never to late to have a blissfull childhood.
Warmest
Ulrike

Subject: [Abraham-Hicks] Caroline Myss and changing the past
Thanks to the person who gave me the correct spelling. It is
Caroline Myss being spoken about below.
Now can someone tell me which book/cassette she speaks about changing
something that has occurred in the past by creating a new story about
it. This was stated from the previous message quoted below.
While we're sort of on the subject of changing the past, does Abraham
have anything to say about this. I have several Seth books but have
not read them. But I have read several books by Lynda Madden Dahl,
which are about Seth's teachings. In her book, "Ten Thousand
Whispers: A Guide to Conscious Creation", the last chapter titled
"Time Sculpting" sounds like they are saying it can be done. I have
looked up her references to the Seth books and she is telling it as
it was said by Seth. In some parts of the chapter, she is just
talking about changing ones feelings about the past, but in other
parts it sounds like the past can be changed from the spacious
present.
All opinions and thoughts welcome,
Wayne.

So, when I saw my own story in yours, it made me wonder...about
vibration, which exists outside of time. Do we create "outside" of
time. Abraham speaks of this as true: we can create "instantly" or
take some amount of time. Can that time be past as well as future?
Carolyn Mace (that's the pronunciation--I forget her spelling) speaks
of how we can "go back" and change something that has ocurred in the
past by creating a new story about it now.
