Denise Lynn in her book 'Past Lives, Present Dreams' proposes to 'CHANGE IT" on page 125. I quote: "I find the most powerful technique to resolve an uncomfortable past life memory is to change the circumstances of your past life until it feels comfortable or enjoyable. I believe that you can actually change the past; but if this is too much for you to accept, then imagine that you are changing the images that are stirred in your brain. As you change those stored images in your brain, imagine you are changing the associated limiting beliefs." Even if we accept that all 'lives' are NOW, this could be a powerful way to 'change' the past. And the present and the future, too. :) This would also apply to 'past' experiences in this life. In this context I'm reminded of an Abe quote "Nothing has any meaning except the meaning we give it." If we can pivot from perceiving/remembering an experience as undesirable to something along the line of, "This experience was the best that could have happened to me." this would give us so much freedom from pains and hurts and judgements. A technique to use could be the Abe process of Scripting. Instead of writing a script about a future we would like to experience we could write a script about a past we would like to have experienced. Whatever I do it will always be something to assist me to find and follow my bliss. <smile> And it is never to late to have a blissfull childhood. Warmest Ulrike ----- Original Message -----
