I do not think so. I think was smaller...my memory is fuzzy ...been too long....There is a size in between the 3.5mm ( 1/8 inch) and the 1/4 inch IIRC 3/16 and there is/was one larger than 1/4 inch

the Head phone jack items are for the thin, threaded trim rings( nuts)? that were used as nuts on 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 inch headphone phone jacks. these were prevalent before they started using thin
