It's an obvious idea, but instead of building a test jig into a "blank"?plug-in (which is probably going to be nearly impossible to find) you could build it seperately and connect it using the plug

I just rescued a 422 (#9976) from a local guy via Craigslist. Seems to be in pretty good physical shape. It's missing the ground pin on the AC only p/s, both P6006 probes it came with are trashed

Except for the pinout, the MJE2955 is a fine replacement for the SJE925. There is a non-exhaustive list and discussion of substitutes

If you could possibly divide it into 2 pieces, both under 20 pounds, the cheapest way would be 2 USPS flat rate boxes. Otherwise plain USPS.
