Look closely at U2420A pin 2 and the lead on C2422. Your readings do not make sense there. Got any track damage? Regards, Tom

Bert, There is free software that is much better than this which will take measurements of R, L, and C using your PC sound card called RCL-meter. It can measure - capacitances (5pF to 5uF) -
