Re: Trivia- can you identify these probes/probe accessories circa 1960 (or before)?
Hi Jerry- I am using an old analog lens on a modern digital camera. Generally, any of the big camera "systems" can use their older lenses with their modern camera bodies having similar mounts, but

Re: Trivia- can you identify these probes/probe accessories circa 1960 (or before)?
Thanks Dave and Steve! Curious, did Tek not put their name on the first probes, or am I missing the tip which would have had the Tek name on it? I looked around in the case more and found that the

Re: Tektronix TSA220 Oscilloscope schematic
Hi Stan, I have a faulty TAS250 which has a slow/dodgy vertical change switch on both channels, and I suspect dodgy/dirty relay contacts for the two vertical range-select selection. The front panel

Re: Q9070 Mounting in a 2220 - all voltages checked out OK - scope is very good
Hi Tom, Thanks for your mail. I popped the case off and probed the points and found the voltages were all in tolerance. Excellent. I'll use it to assist in fault finding / audio design. Many

Re: Question regarding 465B "free running"
The behavior of your scope directly depends on the accuracy of your low voltages and their ripple levels, so have a good look at your low voltages before you come to any conclusions. Give the

Yeah, it looks like the idiot script kiddies at yahoo are up to their usual mischief. Also, you lose the links from the subject to the digest body. I had to switch all my groups to single emails and

Re: Question regarding 465B "free running"
I did a cursory look through the manual for this but didn't see anything. Quite a lot of info there so may have missed it (if it's even there). I just wasn't sure if an off-centered auto trace might

I tried your setup on a 465B, and the AUTO trace was within one small division of being centered. I can't see why it would matter to me where it was on the screen, other than to please my symmetric

Trivia- can you identify these probes/probe accessories circa 1960 (or before)?
