"No glass" means literally that - the glass vacuum envelope is gone. You can see the broken off shards at the base of the CRT. And because the broken glass is not in the shipping box or the 577

On both of my 7854's the SQR light is lit whenever I turn them on unless it BPIB cable is connected and live. Disable the GPIB interface (Switch 1 to 0) to turn off the light?

If I understand correctly, the CRT is smashed (I don't quite understand
