Hi,
I'm sure it is spoken for already, but I'd like the 2465 manual. I have the PDF, but the actual manual would be nice.
Thanks, larry

Re: PG506 Repair - I had a Great Day today/
Thanks for the replies from everybody, here an update;
Michael & Albert, thanks for your measurements at the 5V1 & 5V supply. Mine 5V1 is 4,715V (U670) and the 5V is 4,96V (U668). This is a bit lower

Re: Problems with t935a HV supply
I have an old T922 with no HV. T460 winding 4-5 reads 1 ohm and the feedback winding 3-6 reads 0 ohms. Both readings taken with an AVO meter on /100 resistance scale.

Re: 2430A Repair - a first in many ways
Hi,
That is completely normal. The calibrator's waveform is expected to be
"bad" in the high range.
It is basically there just to give a quick check that you see a signal. The
calibrator changes its

Re: 577 D2 question(s)
Hey, don't discount the 5110's low bandwidth; it's great for audio.? While I appreciate a GHz scope and have several S-4 sampling heads, a 7S12, a 7S11, and a couple of 7000 series mainframes, for

Thanks for the pointers to 5110 scopes having the same tube. I was lucky

I swapped the tube, and now have beautiful,

Re: TDS 380 Attenuator Resistor Replacement Specs
Hi Rich,
This is useful. Your drawing shows pin 42 (GND/CAL) going to relay coils. Pin 46 (SIG_EN) should go to the coil and pin42 should be going to one of the relay contacts. K2 relay enables

Re: 2430A Repair - a first in many ways
Hi Jeff,
thanks for your input. I have run all the self tests and the extended tests and they all pass, i.e. everything that I can test from outside the scope appears to be just fine. I guess In have

Re: 2430A Repair - a first in many ways
Considering the range indicated for the calibration/compensation signal tops out at 5 MHz I think that this is what should be expected. I have seen similar rounding off of the compensation square wave

It hasn't got all the answers yet, but we'll get it there. I'm considering what should be added to the 500-series plug-in interface page. You shouldn't have to dig through schematics and
