Re: Anyone with a 576? VBE decreases in active region?
Thanks Albert, now is corrected:
Hi, here are the results of my setup, when pulsed Vce increases, Vbe decreases. Due to the shape of the delay, it seems like a thermal effect.
Pulsed Vce and

Sampling scope plugins
Hi,
I have a 80E03. Does anyone know if this module is compatible with 11801 series scopes? It seems to have the same pinout, and the sampler looks the same.

Re: Manual for 134 probe amplifier
Thank you, Adam, I knew I was missing a critical bit. Yes, the SAE connector, that is, Society of Automotive Engineers, the same group that created our oil viscosity standards. When mechanical

Re: Manual for 134 probe amplifier
A google search for "SAE connector" should give a bunch of options. As others have suggested, you may even find them locally at a hardware or auto parts store, although four-conductor is more common

The same setup but a low speed and at more base current, 50uA.
It is as if there were two thermal effects, one at high speed and the other at low

Well, that confirms Tek made it, for sure. Thanks, I was not aware of this late version before this conversation. You might contact the VintageTek Museum, they have a big stock of manuals.

I have added a picture from TekWiki showing the same connector. Not conclusive but a small piece of evidence. That made me think yo look in the Tektronix catalogue. The 1990 catalogue shows a

Re: Anyone with a 576? VBE decreases in active region?
Miguel,
Annoyingly both my 7A13s suffer once more from those bad relays contacts. I have used a 7A22 instead but the overdrive properties are not good enough to trust the results.
I used a PG504 as
