Re: Tek 556, great condition, free to a good home.
My daughter just spent 5 months in Jupiter, and could have picked it up for me. Oh, well- as much as I'd like a 556, I don't NEED one (or any more scopes for that matter!) -Dave

Re: WAVEFORM AND SIGNAL ANALYSIS
I poked around the site and there's an 'About' page here: https://baninii.com/about/ that might be worth reading. There's quite a variety of topics there, including o 'How To' for beef stroganoff :-)

Re: WAVEFORM AND SIGNAL ANALYSIS
I informed Dennis (Moderator) this morning. I'm sure he'll take care of it. BTW same is happening at HP-Agilent and Lecroy groups. Annoying. Raymond

Re: TDS 684A needs recapping?
My TDS784D had an annoying intermittent horizontal wiggle on the CRT. Eventually I tracked this down to the connector for the horizontal deflection coil, which was oxidized and presumably

Re: Would like to have a TDS684A LPVS Capacitor list before disassembling the entire unit
Hey Roger, The power supplies in these scopes seem to have had a series of small tweaks over time, so I wouldn't rely entirely on someone else's shopping list for capacitors if I were you - especially
