The only difference I see is the -00 has a Vp (pinch-off?) of 5, the
-04 is 3.5. Per the Tek X-Ref (yellow book)

Hi Everyone,
A year or so ago I was playing with a nice 2337 scope and channel one quit
working right before my eyes, so I put a note on the scope and forgot about
it.
Some testing this week revealed that Q4, an FET in the middle of the
attenuator assembly had died.
The part number of this FET is 151-1090-04.
I had a new 151-1090-00 FET on hand and it brought the dead channel back to
life with what looks like excellent calibration.
Does anyone have an opinion on the suitability of this replacement part?
I have a 2335 that I thought was just a rough 233x parts scope, but after
looking at it, I can't bring myself to cannibalize such a fine scope, even
if it too needs some repair.
I think there is a used 151-1090-04 FET available if need be, but no new
ones that I know of.
Thanks!
