I assume you mean a 2445A/65A/67 and 2445B/65B/67B.
I know the 24xx Digital Scopes have no such limit.
I just tried using a 1.2V sine wave and was able to measure pk-pk accurately to over 200MHz.
Maybe it depends on the signal amplitude.
