Hi , the drawing is not ambiguous , the two round dashed lines (the round dome over the case) mean that are not directly visible, so the view is from bottom .

That is the one I found as well. The problem with it is that the
diagram showing the pinout on the last page is ambiguous about it
being the top or bottom view. As far as I know, they are always the
bottom view.
Some data sheets use an isometric drawing or label top and bottom to
resolve the ambiguity.
