Compared to the 2N6308, the 2N6307 Vcbo is 600 instead of 700 volts
and the Vce is 300 instead of 350 but I suspect it will still work.
Alternatively Mouser has the 2N6545 for $4.14 and the BUX48A for
$4.53.
