Don't ever recall seeing that problem, Hank. Check all your supply
voltages, first thing out. If you don't have a manual, you should be
able to use one for the 212 if you can't find one for the 211. The
211 is just a 212 with parts missing for the second channel, kinda
like the T921 is to the T922.
